Disappointed
Went for first time and sat at the bar. The person behind the bar was so rude and very unwelcoming. When I decided on my drink, she threw the coaster down and surprised she didn’t spill the drink on me. Was waiting on a friend to get there before ordering, but the bar didnt seen to have what it would take to make a White Russian, so she got water. The person waiting on us never even cracked a smile and was not friendly at all…we left!

Terrible app needs a lot of work
Almost always has technical difficulties going on and prevents me from ordering and they make trying to use your points so hard just so they don’t have to give u anything
even buffalo wild wings employees say the app sucks
the UI is awful. it crashes often, lags, won't allow check-in or the ability to set a home location. it's just really outdated in comparison to other restaurant's apps.

I see you have chicken dips on a lot of menu combo but you do not allow grilled, that is very disappointing. With the heavy breading it a carb loading and I need to cut the carbs.
