Login issues
Was signed in before in the app but recently it locked me out and when trying to log back with my email I used it puts me in a loop of signing in getting nowhere. Called the support number but they do anything.
Over priced on app
This app not only marks up the food but ads $8. In feed to deliver a mile away. Deleted and will never go to this place in person or online again.
Changing phone numbers
It did not let me change my phone number and when I finally thought it it did it wouldn’t accept my code to verify
Well
Any time I try to get it delivered the app will either kick me out or slow down or say experiencing technical difficulties
No more trivia
They updated the app and their trivia has not worked in months. They seem to have no interest in fixing it.
Police called
I had an offer for 6 free wings with a 10$ purchase when I went to the restaurant and in the time from my order to paying my deal disappeared. I refused to pay for the wings because of the apps fault and had the police called on me. Do better.
SCAM!
App is nothing but a scam to allow BWW to sell your data. The app never works to enter receipts or collect points. "We have determined that your receipt is invalid" is the only message EVER received when you enter the info or even scan the receipt. It's a ridiculous and fraudulent setup.
Bad Experiences
I’ve ordered from this location three times, twice for pickup and once for delivery. Both pickup orders involved long waits, and the first time they even forgot my drinks, so I had to wait even longer. The one time I ordered delivery, they completely forgot my fries and were only willing to refund me $4. After multiple issues with long waits and missing items, I won’t be ordering from here again.

BDubs App
The app never allows me to check in to get points. And I am unable to see my rewards.
Payments
They don’t accept discover cards, causing me to have to use a credit card. So preventable.
Needs improvement
Gift cards never work with apple pay on the app. Had to log in online to place an order to use my gift cards... It always shows the gift card as being used and what would be needed to pay on apple pay but when you go to actually check out the full balance shows instead.. so you have to call the order in or log in online which defeats the purpose of the app.

Promoting everything but wings
I just downloaded the bdubs app and the background picture is a cheeseburger. So I deleted the app. Focus on wings instead of dumb stuff
Can never sign in
Love the food but hate the app. Can never sign in at all!!! They never send a code for verification to my phone. NEVER!!!! Which in turn I can’t access my points or any rewards. Literally contacted customer support and nothing.
Delivery Timing Issues?
I generally schedule orders ahead. Your system completely disregards the times I choose for my order to be delivered.
I like to have my order waiting at my door by the time I get home, or a few minutes after I walk through the door. I leave work at 4, get back around 4:20. So I reasonably set an arrival time from 4:20-4:30.
Closer to delivery time I get the notification that my order is being delivered 30 MINUTES in advance. Before I was even home! I get being early, but what’s the point in scheduling my order if it’s gonna be outside the time frame I chose? I tried again recently to check that I didn’t put in the wrong info, and without fail it delivers orders early.
I know it varies per situation, but when you select a time frame, you should adhere to that time frame as close as you can.

Never works
Pretty sure the positive reviews are corporate plants. App is always having “technical difficulties”. Cant access trivia or my rewards. Been hacked twice, on my third try with the app and it doesn’t work.

Constant errors
Blazin Trivia doesn’t work
I have tried every which way to play blazin trivia. It asks me download the app, while in the app. Make it make sense.
Trivia not working
Absolutely love playing the trivia game to win free food items but unfortunately for the past 2 weeks or so the game just doesn’t work. I don’t understand why they can’t fix it or at least let us know if they’re not continuing the game.
Unusable
Trivia has failed to load on the last two visits and today said to remove all inappropriate language from applicable fields when trying to check in. There are no fields to input any text or any words at all. ???
