ALWAYS something missing from order
Seems like every time I place an online order for pick up. There’s always something missing from my order. Placed an order picked it up and when I get to my destination, I realize that the fries were missing from my order. Wasn’t worth the trip to go back just for fries. Tried calling the store just to let them know of the era, but the person that answered made it seem like there was no managers available to take my call. Very disappointed!

I couldn’t use the app because you need to use a debit card or Apple Pay- which use your exact name. My last name is Layman and it said not to use inappropriate words. Love BWW but this app sucks
