App SUCKS
whenever i try to order from the app, its useless. they have all the BOGO and specials on the APP, but whenever you try to add the coupon, special, BOGO ect. the APP doesn’t do it. So whats the point then. Fix the APP
Trivia doesn’t work
I enjoy frequenting BWW locations and I am a reward member. My favorite thing to do while at the restaurant is partaking in trivia. Which gives me points. The last 10 or so visits I can not get the trivia to work in my app. I have tried to uninstall/reinstall clearing caches, toggling screens and changing from cell to WiFi. I have even attempted different settings and orders of operation. It just doesn’t work…. An establishment down the road has Buzztime and better wings. I find myself going there more because of this issue. With no IT support I’m filling this out hoping to resolve the problem.

Trivia part of app doesnt work
Get a blank screen that eventually goes to error deleted and downloaded again same results.
Last update refuses to load Trivia
Since they updated either on apple or iPhone the trivia will never load. Black screen.
BOGO not working through the app DO NOT USE
What it says: I did everything in the app to make sure the BOGO Tuesday special was active, but it didn't apply the discount at check-out. Happens frequently.

- Deals are showing on the front page but won’t work when clicking it.
- unable to chose how many wings of each sauce we want. I.E. if choosing between two sauce, give us the option to chose 20-10 rather than assuming 15-15 wings of each sauce.
- no option to choose fries rubs on the side.

App Sucks
This app sucks. Tries to play trivia the last two times I was at a restaurant and it didn’t work.
Play isn’t an option
When I try to “play” Balzin Triva, it’s asks me to download the app while in the app. I’ve never been able to play.
Great Wings - Terrible App Options
Food is great but the app prioritizes their kitchen’s operational efficiency over customer preference. It is 2026 and the customer should be able to order how they want. The app does not allow you to state how many wings you want to have per sauces you selected. For example, I ordered for a few of us and two people wanted hot lemon pepper and one of them also wanted Asian zing, for 20 wings in total. So, 15 hot lemon pepper and 5 Asian zing. Their app only allows you to pick the sauces and then they split it evenly in the kitchen. Ordering via DoorDash or UberEats allows you to pick the exact number of wings you want per sauce. They really need to fix this or I will be deleting the app. (I called the store and they sounded like they get calls like this all the time - it appears to aggravate both customers and employees.)

Terrible app and website
Randomly just started to block me from placing orders, I emailed support and that was no use and they told me to call so I called them and I can’t even understand 90% of what the guy on the phones even asking me so how am I supposed to answer any of the questions, straight up joke
Worst App Ever
I’ve never seen an app crash so often or error out orders. It’s not very hard and they only cost themselves money. Horrible, go to Wingstop
Needs customer support
Great app but it needs a “help with order” and “customer support” tab. I use the app regularly to order food and sometimes find hairs in the food or things like that which I’d like to be able to notify the restaurant of. Been using the app less now because of reoccurring instances of such things.
An error occurred
Every time I submit an order or checkout “we encountered an error” been at least a week.
Never Works
Rewards always gives an error, try again message.
New update terrible
Was forced to update and now I can’t play trivia. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled countless times and nothing fixes it. I’ve emailed and gotten no response
Fabulous Tasty Delicious
Wow I’m actually impressed! First time ordering out from BW’s and the fries were golden slightly overcooked crispy perfect to my liking. And now is my new favorite fry experience. Curds were the same and very good overall. Wings were tasty delicious, just gonna test out Wild next time versus Thai Curry. Tenders were good, just won’t get Golden Fire sauce again. But I am very impressed. Hope it continues ahead.

Technical difficulties
Every single time I try to order from this app and get to the pay screen it literally will never accept my payment and says we are having technical difficulties. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it seeing if that would help and I did not
