Terrible experience
This is a perfect example of a startup gone wrong. It may be fine for booking one person to help but they can’t guarantee that two people will be available at the same time even though that’s the service I paid for and was offered.
I was trying to move a sofa I bought on Craigslist. First, one of movers cancels and bungii assures me that he can carry the sofa himself. They said they’ll offer a refund and will do it the next day if he can’t do it. He can’t carry it himself, so the craigslist person has to help him. Then when he arrives, I can’t help him carry the item so he leaves it in my garage vs bringing it to my office. I tell bungii and they offer me 50 percent off that first experience but will only offer me 30 percent off a booking for someone moving the couch from the garage to the office! So they’re now going to charge me MORE money for a service they messed up. Don’t use this. I’m now paying more money to Taskrabbit so I don’t have to use this service.

Not able to deliver when scheduled
So there are so many good reviews for this app! I was so excited to use, I agree customer support is responsive. But they are advertised as ON DEMANd and not once have they delivered on that. One Sunday I went to pick up a fb marketplace item and then customer support informed me I had to wait 4 hours. So then I had to drive all the way back later that day. (I believed them when they told me it was just a busy day and they were backed up). Then I bought another item two weeks later off fb marketplace. I scheduled it for 6 hours later, picking two movers this time to be safe because the item is big. I knew this time to schedule it for later- no big deal. But then when it came to 45 minutes before my scheduled time, they text me to say they don’t do deliveries that late. HELLO, you let me book it then! Don’t let me choose a time if that is not an option. I had to rearrange my schedule (and the schedule of the person selling to me!). Customer service assured me that there would be no issues or back ups on a weekday. 1 hour before the scheduled bungii I see no drivers assigned. I proactively reached out. Customer service AGAIN said they are backed up (three times in a row now, this is a trend) They had the audacity to ask if I was flexible. I live in Boston, the trip was also within Boston and it is not a busy moving weekend. The unreliable service is unacceptable, I would highly recommend using Dolly or another route.

Great Result, Great Price
We are so impressed with Bungii! Reading through some of the reviews before trying it out made us nervous that it was a scam, but that was not our experience. We scheduled the trip the night before and a driver was assigned to it about 3 hours before the pick-up time. Derek D. picked up a dining set for us from a purchase we made through OfferUp at a home about 45 minutes away and delivered it to our house safely. He called us when he arrived and we were able to track his location in the app. He had a trailer attached to his pick-up and secured all of our items safely so they arrived undamaged. He assisted in bringing the items up to our garage, as well. The estimated price was the same that it would have been to rent a Uhaul truck and we were unsure in our abilities to drive the truck and secure the items, so Bungii seemed like a lot better option. By the end, the Bungii price actually ended up being $15 cheaper than estimated at the beginning! We are very happy with our experience and will definitely look to use Bungii in the future.

Marston and Raul in Tampa were awesome!
We were given damaged floor from the store and didn’t notice until we got it home and opened it. (Not a Bungii delivery LOL) Bungii was contracted by the store to pick up the broken stuff and bring back new floor. Delivery driver (Marston) came the same day and brought brand new flooring and Raul came the next day to pick up the broken stuff. They were both super friendly and hard working! It was A LOT of floor and it was so heavy! Yet they both were equally as easy to work with. They both worked fast and genuinely were just nice people. We were very pleased with Bungii service and especially these 2 guys!

Perfect for Small Moves!
I’ve used Bungii twice in Chicago for a small apartment move and to pick up furniture bought on Craigslist. Both times the drivers exceeded expectations— they were very professional & had everything I didn’t know I needed. Don’t expect scheduling to be quite as simple as ordering an Uber though, I scheduled really close both times (a day or two before) so I wasn’t able to get two people on my moving day, and needed to rearrange my furniture pick up, but this was over a year ago so they were newer to the city then. Would 100% use again!

New company to Chicago area
I was a little nervous going with a company I’d never heard of, but glad that I gave them a try. They don’t have many drivers or requests here yet so it took them awhile to fill it, but customer service was very responsive when I reached out to them and Guillermo was honest, hard-working, friendly and professional. I’ve heard some horror stories from moving through apps, but my experience here was very positive and I would absolutely use them again. They notified me when the amount went over the estimate, because I added more things and it took more time than originally slotted, so no weird surprise bills or anything like that. This is a great fit for anybody looking to move that doesn’t have a lot of stuff, has their stuff together and is perfectly willing and capable of helping with their own move, but needs that extra lifter or doesn’t have the vehicle for it. I’ve always done uhauls before, but honestly going from not driving to driving one of those Sherman tanks always makes me nervous. Completely recommend-very reasonable for a 2 hour move!

Best thing since apple pie was invented
I love this app. It’s so easy to use and the people who work for them are friendly and very polite and helpful. Ryan G. and Ernest H. helped me. I find this is Sooo much more convenient than trying to find family/ friends who have a truck and then will do the heavy lifting as well. I bought a washer dryer unit. PLUS I lived on a third floor apt. I’m not a spring chicken so I got this app and Ryan and Ernest picked the laundry unit up form one side of town and brought it to my side of town. Then these guys hauled it all the way up the stairs to my place. They were very polite and helpful. This is the second time Ive used Bungii and will definitely use them again. One thing to be aware of is, if what you want to be picked up will take two people you will have to hire two people; each with their own truck. Still worth it!!

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE & SERVICE
Ordered a large patio set from a local store. Non of it would fit in my SUV - the store suggested I use Bungii for the pickup. It’s great, you download the app- put your pick up location, drop off location and number of drivers. You get to pick the exact day and time for pickup. They send text confirmation, text when they are on the way, text when in route to you and you can see on GPS tracker as they are traveling. Phillip and Stanley were my drivers and they were so nice and put the stuff exactly where I asked them to. Even better, I was quoted a higher amount then what I actually paid. It took less time than I estimated so it was less- they charged me for the exact time. I have told several people about them and will definitely use them again. Great company!!

Great delivery service!
We hired Bungii to pick up a couch that was larger than I remembered when I bought it. Daniel P. arrived with a truck, loaded the couch then tied it down securely. Even covered it with furniture pads. Such a nice guy and so helpful.
I’ve also hired two Bungii drivers to pick up a washer and driver at an estate sale. My first Bungii was to get exercise equipment 30 minutes away. All times courteous and love the app allows you to upload photos of the item, track where they are en route.
This is a brilliant solution to my “How do I get that home” shopping problems. Quicker and cheaper than moving companies for single purchases. Thank you!

Great experience, will use again!
I needed a large sectional and TV stand picked up and delivered. Booking through the app was very easy and the estimate was spot on. I'm capable of lifting so that wasn't a problem but there was an option for hiring more people if needed. It's a great service for single people that don't have the means to transport large items and don't want to pay for the outrageous delivery fees and wait 7 to 15 days. ($40 plus tip versus $150.) I had my stuff in less than 5 hours. Grant M. was awesome. He was friendly, fast and efficient. We had everything unloaded in less than 10 minutes. Very convenient service.

First time
I used Bungii the first time this past Sunday. I was given the card by a Goodwill employee who said they were just trying them out. I downloaded the app, texted some questions to them. They were super clear and answered right away. I scheduled a pick up and put extra time and I’m glad I did. When Tyler C. Showed up they were very busy and it took a minute to get my item. I liked how I could see his progress thru the app. I really appreciated the care that was taken with my item. The professional movers that moved me here a few months ago did not wrap my items like Tyler! He had my tv stand in a thick moving blanket, plus it was tied down. He carried it to my door and answered a few questions I had. He was very nice and professional. I have missed getting so many items because I did not have a way to transport them. This is a great service and I wish you continued success! I have already told five people about your company! Thank you again!

Great service and excellent efficiency!
As any young company with a great product, you create your identity as you you go to finally shape it the way your customers perceive you. So far I have seen eager punctual drivers who like what they do, I not afraid to jump in and give you the help you need. For short trips up to 10 miles, this is the company you need. Much cheaper than a U-Haul, and you don’t have the hassle to return a vehicle, to me saving time and aggravation is paramount. Highly recommended company. I would buy their stock if they would offer it!

Awesome service and incredibly easy
I had someone give me two large pieces of furniture. I probably could have gotten them into one truck but I went with two just to be sure. They guys showed up at the same time, loaded everything up and tied it down. Made sure it was covered (it was drizzling rain). Cost me just over $100 for a twenty mile trip with load and unload. Would absolutely recommend this service to anyone moving a few cumbersome items or buying a new tv etc. Marlin B and Ramiro J were very courteous and helpful. Fantastic service.

Unreliable service
I had a terrible experience with Bungii. Got connected to a driver through the app that was clearly unwilling to take on the work. He pretended he was stuck in traffic and at a different location even though the gps on the Bungii app was tracking and showing his location. He finally didn’t show up but he didn’t want to cancel from his side so the app kept me waiting for him for 40 minutes.
The only way to cancel was to contact customer service for which there is a text option and nothing else. It took 15 mins going back and forth to cancel and then the app couldn’t find another driver. On the whole, more than an hour wasted doing this. I wouldn’t rely entirely on Bungii for quick FB marketplace or Craigslist pickups that require efficiency, as Bungii seems to have no real idea of the driver’s willingness after it connects to them.

Bungee is an Incredible Service!
I bought a bedroom set at a thrift store which was good quality and very large and heavy. I was thrilled to hear about Bungee since I didn’t want to have to ask a favor of somebody with a pickup truck to get it home. Bungee is going to be as helpful and famous as Uber! I downloaded the App and heard from Adam, the incredible young man who picked up the furniture from the store and delivered it to my house at the exact time he said he would. My husband was there to help him carry the furniture in. He was professional and polite. I love furniture shopping and have started telling all my friends about Bungee!!! Needed help with mattress and box spring
I was getting tired of having to work around friend and family members schedules to help me pick up my items. Was ready to rent a uhaul but no ones schedule worked with mine. Had been crashing on a couch until my apartment was ready and when it was ready I was determined to be able to stay there the 1st night. Was recommended bungii by the store associate. Steve came out and was great! Helped me get the mattress and box spring to my new apartment in a timely manner and I only had to pay the minimum! Will use them again!!!

Amazing service!
I used bungii to move a few items of furniture to my new apartment. The app is easy to use and the customer service is great. All of the questions I had beforehand were answered quickly and kindly. I was even more impressed with the service on the day of. The app gave real time reminders on when we were approaching our estimate which I thought was awesome, and was nicely similar to uber with the ability to track the status of the driver. Our driver Arick was awesome. He helped move the furniture in and out of the pickup and drop off locations and even helped disassemble one of the items to make it easier to move. He really knew what he was doing and he and Bungii in general made the move significantly less stressful. The whole thing took a little less than an hour and Bungii was definitely the best option money wise, and in my opinion we could not have had better service. I would absolutely recommend Bungii to anyone making a small move and will definitely use it again if the need arises.

A+ for Ease
I booked my first Bungii when I realized I needed to move a washer/dryer with less than 24-hours notice. Luckily I was able to schedule a Bungii at 8pm for 9am the next morning. My driver, Johnnie C, showed up right on time and was so accommodating - even waiting in his truck while I grabbed a last minute key from our leasing office. He SINGLE HANDEDLY moved a washer and dryer without complaint, hooked them up in my new apartment without my even having to ask, and even helped my roommate remove a stubborn nail from the wall so she wouldn’t get charged an extra security deposit at move out. He was prompt, professional and so easy to work with. 10/10 would use this service again.

Lifesaver
I had to move a refrigerator on the hottest day of the year. I was alone and didn’t know what I was doing, so I tried Bungii. The driver, Zamir, was a lifesaver. (Literally: he’s a firefighter.) He has moved refrigerators before and showed up with a strap system that was way better than the hand truck I had. I’m 5’5” and female and together we lifted and moved that sucker. Zamir was really calm and professional. This company is a great idea. In the end, although the cost was about twice the estimate, it was well worth the money and comparable to a U-Haul. But you get to meet cool people like Zamir! Thank you.
