App improvements
It would be nice to see membership information like how much you owe and when your membership expires. It’s difficult to manage without having a place to see it.

I’ve got 5 camps under my belt and I am hooked. I am older but still like to be challenged but still feel safe at the same time and that’s what I get at Burn. The exercises are challenging and there is always a modification and I never feel bad about taking the modification and working at my level. All the instructors are energetic and encouraging!

Investing in your health is worth it
Burn is absolutely phenomenal! The people, the workouts! The community! I don’t even go as much as I need to but that’s what love is that it’s always on the back of my mind pulling me to come back!

I have been seeing my friends going through Burn in Naples and they are doing some well. It took me a while of at home workouts and walking to realize I definitely needed help. I started last week and have been to 5 burn camps. I’m so happy to have this great group of people supporting me and leaders that are pushing me to do better. Thank you all so much!

⚠️ Serious Privacy Concern — Spam Calls After Registration
I started receiving an unusually high number of spam/unsolicited calls shortly after I enrolled through the Burn Boot Camp app and provided my phone number.
I cannot confirm the source of these calls, but the timing is extremely concerning. I have already reported this issue to Burn Boot Camp and raised my privacy concern with them.
I am posting this review so other users are aware of the issue and can think carefully about providing their phone number when registering.
I hope Burn Boot Camp investigates this seriously, explains how customer phone numbers are being handled, and takes appropriate steps to protect users from unwanted calls.
Please investigate this before providing your personal phone number through the app.

Right for me
I'm 58 years old and needed more structured workouts and love how much they mix it up! I've been going for over a year now and still love it! It's cool they know your names and will push you if they think you can do more. If you have an injury just tell them so they can help you with the exercises. Their goal is to help you get to the best version of yourself. Try it out it is worth it. I look the best I've ever had.

This place has a wonderful family oriented community. The Trainers are all really nice and supportive of all levels of fitness. My wife, son and I attended every night and love working out together. I highly recommend Burn boot camp, you can achieve all your fitness goals whether it’s weight loss or building muscle or athletic ability’s.

The best way to archive your physical goals if you are a busy mom
I found a family in this camp with kindly trainers and supportive friends. Also the best way to take care of myself while someone take care of my children.

Personally, I don’t know how to work out alone, having a trainer with you to push you to your limit limits, has made a difference for me and my family, I have been a Burn Boot Camp for the past three years, although I miss one year with an knee replacement, I never thought I was going to be able to get back to myself, but having someone with you backing you up all the way like the trainers at Burn Boot Camp has been a life-changing event for me, if you want to take join us there isn’t a better gym anywhere

I wish there was more variety of the coaches leading the virtual camps.
Room for improvement
I love having the ability to check in for camp from my phone. However, there are some glitches to the system. I’ve noticed that when checking into a Burn that isn’t your home location, it does not record the camps in your numbers. I wish that it showed your camp streaks and attendance in a calendar format similar to the Apple fitness app.

Great value exceptional quality
I belong to a gym for over three years and then my job and life circumstance change where I was not able to commute and participate and I’m so thankful that I have Burn on demand, this community and still my local gym community for continuing all the progress that I have made!

PR stats missing
I love working out with the at home workouts. The only thing missing in the app for me is somewhere to keep track of my PRs and stats.
