Me and my family had a fantastic time! We only booked 6 days before the break meaning we couldn’t book anything but we managed to get into all the shows in very good seats. Action passes are well worth the money at £20 each. Mister maker, the animal guyz and of course Justin were all fantastic. For £48 I feel like we’d had our moneys worth just Monday! If I’d have paid £48 for those 3 shows each I’d have been satisfied with the price! 100% would recommend. My 2 year old hasn’t stopped smiling all break. Swimming everyday, peppa pig, Snow White, puppet castle, she’s been busier than she is at home and we all need a holiday to get over the holiday.

Was good, now worse
This app was good however the first impact of content was after arriving at Butlins Skegness when we stood standing in the rain outside of Coast restaurant for 30mins, only to be told on opening the app times are wrong, they opened doors at 4:30pm not 4pm .. one very upset and wet family. Also changes to the app mean I can only view what’s on in one hour slots.. who on earth thought that would be helpful, please sack your designer and give us the ability to scroll through a day, selecting whether to view shows only etc. seriously none of our family or other visitors were finding that useable. Please fix this, it’s an embarrassment seriously!!

Only accommodation for 4!
Disappointed I could not book a short break for me and my granddaughter. No option for 2 people only 4:(
Excellent stay enjoyed by all
Great get away for all,, kids really enjoyed it, none stop fun for all and so many free activities to wnjoy, been 3 times this year and already looking to book our next trip! We stayed in fairground apartment which had everything we needed and was a very comfortable stay!
Absolute 80s weekend
Had an absolutely fantastic time at the 80s weekend. The atmosphere is excellent with everyone out for party! There was no trouble at all and everyone is really friendly. The drinks prices are also pretty good for a resort.
The beds were clean and comfortable and the apartments were pretty clean.
My only negatives is that the resort is a little run down and both the skyline and public toilets could do with a refresh.
Also we were staying in a 6 birth silver apartment and whilst it was roomy and there was a Juliet balcony the room was quite run down as was some of the furniture/carpets which were heavily stained and it could do with a lick of paint. I did see a few other apartments which were really nice though so maybe these are last on the list for a refresh.
That being said these weekends are a complete bargain for what you get anyway so I’d definitely go again!

We’ve been very happy at Butlins as usual.
However I’m not at all happy with your new policy coming out from Jan 25. This is to not allow single people to book.
I have been coming to Butlins since I was 17. I am now 63. I suffer from severe anxiety and depression. Butlins is my happy place. I love the vibe, mixing with families and I feel very safe.
I understand the health & safety aspect but when you have been coming for so many years, you will be on record.
If I loose my husband who is 17 years older than me, it upsets me so much to think that Butlins will become the end of an era. Why should I not still be able to enjoy what time I have got left in my happy place.
I spend a lot of money in Butlins and book premium dining, I am not after just a cheap room.
Adult Weekends would not be my scene unfortunately but this policy saddens me so much and it seems like you are discriminating single/widowed people.
I’ve brought my own son up at Butlins but now he is grown up.
I always feel better at Butlins because I know exactly the routine and enjoy the shows day and night.
I’m sure I’m not the only one to raise this issue but I urge you to review your policy

Thank you for our break
I honestly thought it was going to be another summer at home. I went on the butlins website by chance and I thought there was an error when I saw the prices. Things have gone from bad to worse since covid financially and I was getting run down with it all. Winter is only around the corner and I am fully expecting more price rises and bad weather. I was getting down. I’ve been able to bring my two younger children away for a much needed break. I am very grateful. We aren’t the most outgoing family so haven’t used up all the activities but there has been plenty to do and the weather has been incredible. Someone has definitely looked over me and the children the last week.
I am aware there is some bad press at the moment with norovirus and my anxiety has been extremely high but I felt we should take a chance. Fingers crossed we will be okay. I will update on this later but for now thank you Butlins.

Disappointed how many fair ride were closed and some a area’s of the swimming pool and the kids toys shops in the venues closed to early

..been with butlins for many years. And i must say its the best caravan/ hoiliday ive been.. day and night entertainement is always the best free
Unable to log in since the recent updates
The app used to work really well but since recent updates it won’t let me log in at all, even more frustrating is that activities can only be booked via the app and not online.
Great time at Butlin’s
We all had a great time. The kids loved the swimming pool and there was plenty of other stuff to do. The Skypark was great. They loved spending time there. We had the Dine Out deal and the select of places to eat was great. We enjoyed the dinner best. We will be coming back.
Amazing Family Holiday
Wow! What can I say about our 4 night family holiday at Butlins Skegness! We have had the most amazing time! The entertainment was incredible, so many character meets and photo opportunities! So many shows and we even was able to watch The Masked Singer LIVE!! Our children loved the skyline gang and rainbow the dog was their favourite. The facilities are amazing! So much to do! Lots of food options, shops, activities!
The show team are very talented. Great singing, dancing and acting performed daily. The red coats are friendly and always around to help and entertain. My son liked Red Coat Kyle. He was funny!
The water park is fantastic! So many slides, river rapids etc. It’s a full on water park! We attended the evening pool party - that was great fun! Music and inflatables!
The rooms were clean!
The only thing that let us down was The Diner Restaurant.The food wasn’t great and they didn’t have a lot of the menu in stock.
Burger was burnt and took ages to come. We ordered milkshakes (the same time as food) and they came 15 minutes after the food did.
We have had the best family holiday and will be returning next year for sure!

Skegness new year.
Accommodation clean and warm in the seaside apartments . Food good and varied in the premium restaurants. Show very good except even though we arrived at 6.46 on New Year’s Eve we could not get into the shows. We are in our mid 70,s and could not stand all night.
Events exiting early
App is basically ok but event are expiring (disappearing) before they are no longer relevant.. so if looking for something currently on for the rest of evening (E.g. Reds) there is nothing shown, not good enough.
Please get this fixed developers, more people are being impacted that you maybe realise.

Value for money
Good holiday had with our newly adopted daughter . The only downside was the apartment could have been cleaner . Entertainment and restaurants were pretty good . We paid £130 for a gold apartment so thought it was excellent value for money
Honest Holiday Review
Good little break from the reality of work life and has been a great week apart from being below a rather vocal couple in the prime of there lives although it was entertaining for the first ten minutes or so

Really enjoyed our break our grandchildren enjoyed it so much the food was absolutely gorgeous no complaints something for everyone our accommodation was clean but tired needed a bit of TLC my sons accommodation new silver apartments was really nice we’ll done Butlins I used to go as a child I remember the monorail they did do a lot more for families like nobbley knees contest it was funny but all in all really enjoyed it well done and Thankyou
