Doesn’t work in rain
The stupid code box doesn’t work in the rain and says all the pins are invalid on the touch screen

Often slow or unresponsive
I’m a new user. The most reliable function of ButterflyMX ecosystem is the door FOB. The app works “ok” but it is often slow or at times unresponsive. The flimsy garage gate activation strip provided for the car is hit-and-miss, mostly the latter. Yes, the overall system is more secure but it is not transparent as used. There is always something not quite working “as advertised”.

Every time I go to the mail room it’s a hit or miss. Wish my building would just go back to using a key fob.
Was good but updates have been causing trouble
It won’t let me open the door anymore unless I’m nearby. Defeats the purpose of this app.

You need to go through and select whatever point you a trying to access and my building have over 50 different access points. It should be like latch where you just hold up your phone to the scanner and it lets you in - not stand there and search for an access point.

Terrible app
Now instead of tapping a keyfob I have to scroll through a list of doors and figure out what each one is named? 10x less convenient than keys. 100x worse than a keyfob.

We should be able to access camera without it being buzzed. People call me unsure how to use buzzer and I can’t let them in without seeing them.
