I love doing all the different programs. I have learned from them and have been motivated. I have learned to take better care of myself.
The beginning of the end!
Not sure what exactly happened but it’s going downhill fast! It used to be a great app! Now after login the programs don’t show up, an error appears “cannot show your programs”. No matter how many times you close, login and it’s all the same! Please fix it!
A month later still no changes! Page with my programs is still not available!

One of the worst apps I have ever had the displeasure of using
Don’t even bother with this app. More security verifications than Fort Knox and when you finally get it open - nothing is there.
My employer opted for this useless app after dropping Virgin Pulse last year. I don’t know why - it’s probably cheaper would be my guess - but remember you get what you pay for.

Redeeming points is very difficult if it works
Been trying to contact cdphp and CaféWell due to error messages I am receiving when trying to cash out my points. No response in a week and counting.
Also, the redeeming box is almost hidden at the bottom of the page. It should be a header.

CDPHP rewards
It wasn’t until someone else had the same insurance that I knew about this reward program. It’s wonderful because as you learn and work at different programs you get dollar reward gift cards for different stores. I love that!
Terrible app.
This Apple not work at all with my Google pixel four. All it does is white screen and crash. It is much worse than the previous app my employer used for wellness. You can’t seem to get it to give you points for anything.

Until CDPHP changed my account and stopped my CaféWell. So I had to start over.
If this isn’t resolved I’ll lose my challenge which never happened before during steps program.
I tried another program and it does open.
Support want me to use Google Chrome which shouldn’t be required.

Signing back in to the Portal Wellness is , not possible , it is either false password or E-Mail,,
each time it is a long problem, always have to change password and that is a one time use, I put in a my old password, then I am told that is my old password, That I can’t use. Spend 2 hrs now trying to sign in, I am giving it up,
Nothing populates. Won’t link to Apple Health
Downloaded app. Won’t sync with AppleHealth. Only get an error message with no information as to why it won’t sync. No programs appear. Am not able to add programs. Resources and Communities don’t load. Non of the screens look as depicted on the App Store. Basically non-functional.
Always buggy and constantly redirects you
The app and website is always buggy or experiencing some kind of technical glitch. Also, I find it odd how often the app redirects you to a web browser, what’s the point of the app then?
Not helpful
The app does not remember my device and sends an email to my work address every time I want to log in. It does not show my progress in the app, sends me to the website to view and then the website asks if I want to use the app. What is the app for??
Horrible app
My employer used healthy roads which could be a little irritating at times but this caféwell app is horrible. I don’t feel that it is user-friendly, it doesn’t show the steps on your dashboard on the app, it has to connect you to view online which is frustrating. It would be nice to see your steps as soon as you clicked on logged in. I just don’t like it’s all. It needs to have appleHeath under devices or Apple Watch. Improve this app.

Logging of items has a bug
The logging has a bug— when logging on one category, it jumps to another category that I didn’t click. I like the app better without the web interface. It seems the previous app a couple of years ago or last year works better than this new version.

I love this program...so informative and love the challenges.
Total Garbage
I like the concept of using this app to track progress and earn money towards your insurance. The issue is, the app is unusable. There are no activities available. I had to create a custom one. Then, I have to log my steps in manually. I tried to do that, but after I entered my steps and hit the log it button, it did nothing. Tried rebooting app several times to no avail.

Ridiculously Difficult to Use
You would think that an app that employers use to work with employee health would be easier to work through. This is the slowest, most problematic app to use. Add a program shuts the app down, very not intuitive to move through.

Logging unavailable in app
The app is moderately easy to navigate, but for the logging pieces of completing “cards” you have to go out of the app and login again in a browser. Disjointed user experience.

Horrible app and website - difficult to navigate and you can’t always advance through a program to earn your needed points for insurance discounts. Not everything is listed on the home page so you can find what you need and you often have to dig for it. We have had to use CafeWell through our work for a number of years now and it has never been easy to use. It is just down right awful.
