City never actions requests
I have put in a few requests in the past couple years but the city hasn’t even responded to my concern let alone fix the issue. All are pretty relevant, path repair and signage for safety is what I put in
Terrible design
It's impossible to accomplish anything on this app. Too complicated to actually achieve what I'm trying to do. Needs to be simplified to be usable.

Apps is showing blank in calendar and no other option . Should be good apps this is city of Calgary.
Terrific Way to Get City Help
I really recommend using 311 to friends in Calgary to report graffiti. The City does a great job resolving criminal mischief related to graffiti.
No longer works
The app used to be quite good; at least it got the job done. Now whenever I try to use it it simply gives me an error saying “Report Submission Failed Unprocessable Entity” so I cannot submit anything.
Quit working
No reason. Just quit working. Won’t send any reports. So you have to clear the buffer occasionally to get working again
Now they have turned off camera access and all you get it a black screen when trying to take photos

Search
Add a search bar at the top of the services list similar to other apps. Too hard to find a specific service in the long list.
What City Employee’s Kid Built This App?!?!
What a useless and frustrating experience. I “used” the app for 5 minutes and deleted it! (By “used” I mean: fumbled around getting caught in loops, unable to click buttons that were hiding almost completely off screen, bouncing around from one useless link to another until I almost smashed my phone in a blind rage.)

HORRIBLE
I downloaded this app to report a dangerous driver (driving a Calgary cab). Since I downloaded it, today, Ive gotten SEVEN scam calls. Clearly don’t protect our data!! Shameful.
Great app
I am loving this app. Raised a request to pick a dead animal from my backyard and that was completed in 2 days. Raised another request to remove dead tree from the front of my house and that was completed in 18 days. Now I have asked them to plant the replacement trees yesterday and the person visited the place today already and I am pretty sure it will be completed soon too. Great work everyone. I appreciate the help and support.

Most Common Issue is not available
Water mains issu cannot be reported and one is directed to calgary 411 website. What’s the point of an app if I have to go to the website anyway?
I can report a beaver but i can’t report excessive dog barking???
Its a little confusing why you can only report 2 things online via the website and have to call in for everything else but you can report most things via the app but not currently dog barking…but in the off chance i encounter a beaver; we’re covered.
If they made all options available it would be better, or at least make an “other” drop down option.

Doesn’t workout
Just keeping getting “registering” every time I select new request. And nothing happens. What’s the good of this app if you can’t submit a request?

iPhone user. When attempting to write a request or any of the other functions it says “registering” then nothing happens

Typical city system, doesn’t work often
This app is garbage. I keep trying to submit reports and they never get processed. Plus it is extremely non user friendly. I am sure whoever developed this junk app has never even used it.
Why should I use this
The 311 call hold system said use the app. I use the app and after a few clicks it says to call 311. So back to the phone. What a waist of time on so many levels. I may as well just call and wait it out. This goes into the deleted pile.

Use this app for my daily commute. Marlburogh station is kept very clean

App is as useless as the City of Calgary
User Interface and Experience are terrible
Have to agree with other reviewers. User interface is awful. Tried to submit a request but couldn’t find be submit button, went back only to lose all I typed in the request so had to do it up all over again. Hint: Submit button is at the very top hidden in the main header on the right. It blends in perfectly with everything else at the top of the screen. I mean who would expect it to be at the bottom of entering your request and highly visible?
