Horrible app
There’s always something wrong with the app where I cannot log in and have to reset my password.

This is perhaps the worst experience a restaurant could create! You send an email with a free pizza offer and I spend 20 minutes trying to find it in your myriad of sites and links. Meanwhile I still don’t know how to use it. You just managed to turn me off so much that now I don’t want to eat at cpk! Learn how to create a working experience!!!!

Good food, TERRIBLE app
The food is good, but the app makes me want to pound my head against a brick wall!
Awful app
The only thing the app works properly for is to scan the loyalty/reward for dining in (not promotions or freebies, only to get “points” for order.
The app is infuriating in every possible way. It is embarrassing how bad it is.
To reset password you have to do thru link sent via email. No problem. But the app doesn’t recognize the reset for hours or maybe even longer. We ended up having to create a new account instead.
There is no easy way to pull up a menu to browse/discuss with friends/family what to order. You actually have to do all the steps as if ordering.
If you switch to a different screen while placing an order in app before checking out (like take a phone call) and come back even in 30 seconds, the basket is empty and you have to re do it.
We had coupons for free appetizer (for signing up), then some other coupons on other occasions. In none of the 3 instances it worked properly in the app. So these ‘sign up’ for rewards account and get free appetizer would work and neither are any other promos we got after sign up via email.
We have ordered pick up through app thrice. Every time it takes between 30 min to 1 hr to complete the order because of tech failures of this app.
I don’t know who is rating this app above 4 stars. But 5 of us each tried and had same issues. Each person using other apps with no problems. And each person concluding that CPK app pick up ordering is out aa an option for our group.
Unless the app/process is significantly revamped-pick up ordering is out for us.

Cook needs further training.
The chicken tequila fettuccine I had last week was delicious. Today the noodles were severely undercooked basically half raw. The sauce was not even close to what it should be. Please get your act together.
Tip?
I order pick up, going to get it myself, don’t know if it’s all there or cooked properly- and they ask for a 25% tip upfront? Seriously?

Could not use gift card
I had a small balance left on a gift card but your app wouldn’t take the gift card balance and kept giving me an error message. I know the gift card number was correct since the app showed me the correct balance left on the card. Also, when you enter the gift card number, the Apple Pay option disappears so you have to manually type in the credit card. Tried several times and gave up.

ASAP
When I say ASAP. I mean as soon as you can get it prepared. Then the app says they can’t prepare it by then. The app should choose the time they can get it ready. It’s rather frustrating.

Food good, app bad
The app won’t give me the option the log in; it keeps asking me to sign up instead. I have no trouble logging into the website, but would prefer to use the app which is usually what the restaurants prefer as well, it seems. Not a great experience.
So hard to pay
Why am I having to do the verification puzzle a million times? 2 or 3 times doing that puzzle is OK but you made me do it every time I pressed a button. That’s ridiculous. I just want to order food and pay. I changed payment to pay in store but I almost cancelled my entire order. Ordering online is not user friendly.

Cannot login
I could not login to the APP on my recent trip to the CPK in Ann Arbor. I have tried to reset my password and it shows scuuess. However, the APP still not allows me to login.
Hard to move through CPK app
It was almost impossible to move back, back-and-forth between different types of foods when trying to place our order. Somebody needs to work on this website a little bit.
Not working
I have attempted to login multiple times. Requested new password but no email response received at any time.
Easy but needs updates
Ordering is easy, especially with group order. But it wouldn’t let me pay for a tip. I used gift cards and split it with my credit card and it wouldn’t go through unless I took the tip off. Now I have to look for cash when I pick up my food, but some people might forget or not tip at all so it wouldn’t be best if they could find an easy way to let us tip if when splitting gift cards with credit cards.
