App freezes

It logs me in just fine when it’s working, but freezes up all the time. I then have to restart my phone to get the app to work normally again.

DO NOT USE THIS APP

There is an issue with compatibility between Apple/Safari and this app and it will lock you out of your account after so many attempts.
Even if you use the correct password or Face ID it will fail and you will be locked out.

Spoke with a Customer Service individual and was told it won’t be fixed because it’s an issue with Safari or Apple
