Unable to access app features
You have to have the appliance registered under your name and email or else you cant access features. The washing machine in my household is registered under my dads name but i am the one mainly using the washing machine and i want to be able to access the features
Probably the worst app ever
Supposed to have some sort of nfc all the app does is show me a link to the website where the user manual is not!
App is no longer supported by Candy
Doesn’t work with my washer-dryer anymore. Says that the app no longer supports the machine (it’s only a few years old).
Terrible app
Doesn’t work on iPhones. Says NFC not available but it is (I scanned the machine to open the link…)
Other than not working - very clunky ugly interface, so bad it seems fake. It doesn’t do anything useful, it just links to FAQs and manuals but doesn’t even save the device once you’ve scanned it.. 1/10

It will give you a suggestion but the washing machine only downloads the programme if you have an android phone.
App obsolete
Had to change my home router today. Could not reconnect my 3yo Candy Washer Dryer to the WiFi. After trying every which way I called manufacturer who advised that the app is no longer supported by them so can’t be done, so only manual operation possible now. Extremely disappointed that they have effectively made the feature redundant by not supporting a compatible app.

The app is good and has some useful features.
Waste of time
Takes ages to complete scan and doesn’t even work properly!
Works great ( most of the time)
The app crashes and logs me out quite a bit, have had to reinstall once or twice in the few years I had it, however when it works it’s great, got my favourites perfects white, bedding, heavy stains etc, that aren’t on the washing machine dial, and it’s great to get a notification on watch or phone when done, even does this if set it by the machine and not app

Waste of time
Why I’m reviewing is beyond me to be honest, these things never gets a response or a reply. I got my washer a few months ago I’m constantly trying to connect my machine to my phone I keep getting data transfer unsuccessful I try and try and nothing works I’ve contacted candy direct they’re as much use as a chocolate fire guard in front of a fire I haven’t got any help or guidance to connect it, it’s like banging your head against a brick wall!

Rubbish
Changed WiFi provider and had to deregister the washing machine to allow me to change the network only to find that new registrations have been blocked by candy. Furious is not the word. I’m now stuck with basic functionality. Thanks candy :@

Wenn der Waschvorgang über die App gestartet wurde ist nach dem Ende die Tür nicht zu öffnen,
auch nicht nach 2 Minuten oder länger. Es muss zunächst der Programmwahlschalter eine andere Position bekommen und 2 Minuten Wartezeit. Das nervt schon, wenn man 2 Minuten vor der Waschmaschine steht und wartet. Bitte abstellen!!!

Downloaded the app to schedule drying times and cannot do anything other than read the manuals waste of time did a live chat and that was also the same waste of time. Couldn’t select 0 stars so had to give 1

Aktuell nicht nutzbar
Die App ist an sich in Ordnung und die Remote Steuerung praktisch. Wie viele andere berichten ist die App seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr nutzbar und stürzt beim aufrufen sofort ab. Meldungen bekomme ich allerdings noch wenn ein Waschprogramm fertig ist. Bitte bald fixen 🤞🏻
