Wenn der Waschvorgang über die App gestartet wurde ist nach dem Ende die Tür nicht zu öffnen,
auch nicht nach 2 Minuten oder länger. Es muss zunächst der Programmwahlschalter eine andere Position bekommen und 2 Minuten Wartezeit. Das nervt schon, wenn man 2 Minuten vor der Waschmaschine steht und wartet. Bitte abstellen!!!

Aktuell nicht nutzbar
Die App ist an sich in Ordnung und die Remote Steuerung praktisch. Wie viele andere berichten ist die App seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr nutzbar und stürzt beim aufrufen sofort ab. Meldungen bekomme ich allerdings noch wenn ein Waschprogramm fertig ist. Bitte bald fixen 🤞🏻

Utilisatrice depuis plus de 3 ans : je ne peux plus me passer de l’app et des programmes ultra précis qui évitent des déconvenues avec les baskets ou pulls en laine !! Top ++++ le format compact est parfait pour mon petit appartement aussi ! Et le sèche linge intégré est aussi un must ! le seul bémol : de temps en temps il faut réinstaller l’app car elle bug

App not working
Keeps crashing every time
App won't work with iPhone
Downloaded the app for my new candy tumble dryer and it won't connect. After an internet search I found out that it only gives basic information ie model number if you use a iPhone. Apparently you get more detailed information with android. So what's the point of having an app that you can't use? I would have given no starts if I could. Very disappointed.

Terrible
Bought the candy washing machine for £400, didn’t buy it for the wifi capabilities and never intended to use them but the controls stopped working within a couple of weeks so had to rely on using the app to use the machine which was painful at the best of times since it regularly was unable to even locate the washer. Now the app is just continuously force closing and their ai customer support service is going around in circles asking for for my phone number, full name and address and blood type before it’ll help. This app is rubbish, the customer service is rubbish and the washing machine is rubbish. If you’re reading this because you just bought one of their machines just save yourself the hassle and return it now.

Congratulations on producing the most pointless app ever. Download several times. But, never got it to work.
Useless! Doesn’t work
Terrible app! It doesn’t work at all! Allows you to add your device but then tells you that in order to use the NFC functionality you have to download the app … yes the very app that you are using to connect your appliance! What’s the point of a smart appliance if you can’t even use the smart features because the app isn’t functional!

App works for a few days then just refuses to open resulting in having to delete it and re-download. Functionality is nowhere near as good as the Hoover app.

It just does not work.
Tried for about an hour. An hour I will never get back. Absolutely useless app.

So disappointing how often I have to reinstall this app.
Poor App
App doesn’t open even after installing and deleting and reinstalling the app , hasn’t worked for about 4 month now which doesn’t help when I rely using the WiFi setting on my washer
URGENT FIX
Please fix the location of the start button on the screen and/or add the possibility to rotate. It’s impossible to start a washing program with a Samsung 21 or iPAD, they are superposed with the device navigation gestures.
Too much faff to get as far as using the app
Anything which wants to collect quite a lot of personal data, such as name, physical address, phone number is not worth the effort. Sign up should be quick and with minimal info. Seems it’s about harvesting data to opt you into marketing, so make sure you disagree those permissions. For some reason it doesn’t seem to like the Apple Password I set up initially and won’t let me back in after a password reset (again using an Apple password). It might dislike the dashes in the password. I’ve had that before, but as it’s not giving me any clue (and is giving me a “phone a sales advisor” prompt to sort out the issue), I’ve now lost patience. Deleting the account and will walk to the tumble dryer like we did in the in the 2010s! Shame, as I thought the ability to control this off my phone would be useful.

Downloaded the app on my iPhone and it crashed whenever I try to open it!?

As soon as connection is established with the machine the app shuts itself off worse app Iv ever used
Reset code is not delivered to email.
Garbage app.
