Slow when you need it for redemption
Please improve your backend performance. Need to wait a few minutes at the counter just to access the rewards page for redemption.

Bad app
It’s slow to load. It keeps loading and totally not helpful. Pls work on your app before asking consume to use your app for your loyalty stuff.
