My last three visits
The first time I visited Capriotti's I really enjoyed it. However that's been somewhat disappointing since. No consistency in quality & the lack of knowledge & care from staff has got me reconsidering where I spend my money going forward.

Just Wrong
I am a born and bred Delawarean and am very disappointed with my first order from the Cape Coral store. The ketchup was not on my sandwich and for some reason they gutted my roll instead of cutting it. I ordered two other sandwiches that my husband took home and am hoping they had better luck than I did. You need to do better than this if this what opening day looks like.

This place is fantastic. Clean restaurant , friendly staff, and the sandwiches are the best we’ve ever had. Bread is fresh and not too thick. Meat is overloaded on the bread.
