Missing companion tickets
Missing the most basic reason you have a travel card - a companion ticket. After your first year, one of your largest savings will be a travel companion ticket but it’s not tracked! Why this is not simply listed is a huge miss. I get it. It’s a variable cost, but list it with the likely date and average cost and let the user update it. Without this you’re not properly tracking your costs for the card. Sure you can manually enter it through a lot of hoops, but why?

I've never received such quick solution to a problem before. Absolutely zero exaggeration, I emailed at 8:42p and received a response & solution by 8:32p from Emmanuel - on Labor Day no less!!!

I’m new to CardPointers, but I can already see this will be a worthwhile benefit to me. As a bonus there is a 5 star help desk if needed. In less than a few hours after my request Emmanuel helped me set up a ChatGpt plugin that I needed direction on. Bravo…that’s the way customer service is done.
Personal Connection
This app has been so helpful to me trying to understand how to maximize the benefits of each of my credit cards. Also to auto-add credit card offers so I can best navigate which card to use at each “establishment”. I’ve subscribed for a year and am still learning this points game. Emmanuel has been exceptional with personal attention, responsiveness and helping to nudge me along on the journey when I’m ready to learn something new. And, no, I do not know him. Lol!

I use this extension every time I shop! I had an issue logging in today, sent a question in on the website, and got a helpful response almost immediately explaining what I needed to know! (My error, not theirs). Highly recommend!
Fantastic app!
This app is incredibly helpful and easy to use. It keeps perks organized by card, groups them with other cards if that’s how you want them filtered, and has several other customizations. With this app, you’ll easily come out ahead against your annual fee. There are similar apps out there but this one is by far the most comprehensive and easiest to manage.

Makes tracking easy
I have way too many credit cards, and this app makes managing them all a breeze. The developer is also super responsive for any new cards and keeping everything up to date. Can’t recommend it enough if you don’t want to miss out on credit card offers.

The lifetime membership is an incredible deal for what this app provides. Two of us use it and we’ve finally got a handle on all of our cards’ benefits. The auto-add offers feature ensures we don’t miss anything and I’ve already received credits that I didn’t even expect as a result. It will definitely maximize your use of these high-fee cards. Essential for maximizing points and miles
CardPointers has completely changed how I manage my card lineup. Instead of guessing which card to pull out at checkout, I just open the app and it tells me the best one for that purchase category. The offer tracking alone has saved me from missing dozens of statement credits I would’ve otherwise forgotten about. If you’re juggling multiple travel/rewards cards, this app pays for itself many times over. Highly recommend!

Ghost support, doesn’t automatically track
Update: have since emailed and reached out through support EIGHT times over the last month. No response even though the response to my original review was to email/reach out through support.
Purchased a lifetime subscription because I thought it would be exactly what I needed. My fault, perhaps, for not doing enough research ahead of time, but I really needed something that could sync to all my accounts and automatically track what benefits had/hadn’t been used. This app does not do that, for security reasons, which I can understand. But this is also not clearly stated in the description of the app. I reached out to the developers immediately upon discovering this (within a day of downloading), requesting a cancellation/refund since I won’t be able to use it. It’s been nearly three weeks and no response or resolution.

App is constantly crashing
Paid subscriber. App is constantly crashing, making it useless
Perfect app for managing merchant offers for credit cards
I previously had to manage all the merchant offers I signed up for credit cards in my Notes app. Many times I forgot that I could use an offer which pained me. With CardPointers, I am not only automatically signed up for all merchant offers available for my credit cards but when I am on their website, the CardPointers extension will let me know I have an offer available AND which card I should use to get the most bang for my buck. Pain point resolved!
