CardPointers has become one of my most valuable credit card apps. The automatic addition of hundreds of Amex, Chase, and other card offers every week saves me a huge amount of time and ensures I don’t miss valuable discounts or statement credits. That feature alone has more than paid for the app.
What really sets CardPointers apart, though, is Emmanuel’s customer service. He’s incredibly responsive, genuinely listens to user feedback, and continuously improves the app. It’s rare to find a developer who is this engaged with their community. I have found this app quite useful for tracking the million of monthly and quarterly (and annual and bi annual!) benefits on my credit cards. It's not worth paying the annual fee for these cards if you're not going to make use of their credits/coupons. Also, the founder of the app directly replies to any emails for support. He's super helpful!

Great when it works
This is the laggiest app I’ve ever used. It’s incredibly useful for adding offers to cards and for checking which card to use in different situations, but searching for a particular offer is unbearable. Type one letter in the search box then go make yourself a sandwich because it’s gonna be awhile until you can type the second letter, if the app doesn’t crash entirely. Frustrating to use but definitely a must have app.

Great Product, Best Support
This app is fantastic at automatically loading all of your credit card offers onto your cards, and the developer's support is extremely fast and helpful. Highly recommend!
Great App and Outstanding Customer Service
I have been using this app for a bit more than 3 year. Today, on the “official 4th of July” holiday, I sent an email with a question about my service offering. I did not expect a message back until Monday; however, I received an email response back from Emmanuel less than an hour with my question answered. I highly recommend this app.

Excellent app and customer support
I have been using CardPointers for a couple years now and it’s perfect for what I need. It helps me track my standard card benefits so they don’t go to waste, as well as all the offers I’ve added. Perfect for quickly checking while I’m at the grocery store checkout which card I should use. I’ve already earned back the subscription I’m sure. And unlike competitors, it doesn’t need to store your card login info/is better on privacy.
I’m also so impressed by the customer support! The developer responds quickly to emails and both times I have reached out my issue has been resolved fully, immediately! Thank you so much.

BE CAREFUL. It’s a scam.
They will say they’re offering you a free 7 day trial, and then charge your credit card the subscription fee and not end up offering you a free trial. This is a scam. Do not buy into it.
Easy setup
I have found the app easy to setup and enter my card info. It has already started working for me. I also for the developers to be quite responsive to a question I had and also very helpful in answering questions.

Best Credit Card tracker out there!
Really enjoy how easy this app makes it use add all credit card offers on both Amex and Chase websites. The browser extension has saved me a lot of effort to decide which card to use when shopping around to maximize the points on my purchases. Highly recommend to try it out. Amazing customer service
I just have to say that it is so refreshing to find a company that is so wonderful with their customer service! Had an issue activating account, sent email, turns out it was totally my fault for mistyping my email when signing up. Not only did I get an immediate response, but it as handled swiftly and everything was sorted out and activated on their end! I am so impressed!!! I don’t often write reviews, but this company deserves it for sure!

Customer service? More like customer black hole.
Like others in the one start camp, I’ve heard absolutely nothing from my two emails. NOW FREAKING RESPOND TO YOUR EMAIL COMPLAINTS!
Responsive Dev
The developer is so responsive. I had a blocker and he quickly resolved it in mins. I installed the app just today so I can’t fully comment about the functionality of the app but so far so good and intuitive.
Best App for Tracking Credit Card Rewards
CardPointers is the absolute best. It allows me to quickly search for available offers so I can maximize my savings. The standout feature for me is the ability to add Amex offers to multiple cards. I’ve saved HUNDREDS of dollars with this feature. Customer service is top notch as well. I can’t say enough about this app, money very well spent.

Most frustrating and glitchy app I’ve ever used
This app is amazing…when it works, which is maybe 5% of the time. The extension pops up on every darn website when I don’t need it and is nowhere to be found when I do need it. It is the most glitchy app I have ever used and absolutely does not function as intended. I have had it over half a year and have tried many times to get it to work. It has work twice and the second of those times it only worked about half the time I was trying to add offers to my Amex account. The button would show up to add, and I would select my offers, but then nothing would happen when I clicked the check mark. I reloaded the site about 20 times and it finally worked for one offer and I thanked my lucky stars and then it stopped working again. Most frustrating app ever. I would love my money back.
