Extremely disappointed with FITPASS. My account has been blocked since 3 June, even though my insurance policy is active. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but there has been no proper resolution or clear explanation. It’s been weeks and my account is still blocked.

This is unacceptable for a service that people rely on for their fitness routine. Please unblock my account as soon as possible and improve your customer support. I hope someone from the FITPASS team notices this and resolves the issue.

Extremely poor customer support

My cashless claim rejected telling the reason as emi pending. However even after providing the full transaction details, they are still replying as emi pending. Looks fraud insurance

I am facing an issue with the Care Health application. The app is not working properly and is not opening on my device. Additionally, I am also unable to log in on another phone using OTP, as the verification is not getting completed.

I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps such as restarting the phone and reinstalling the app, but the issue still persists.

Kindly look into this matter and help me resolve it at the earliest, as I am unable to access my account and related services.
