Too many notifications
Too many notifications about giving shift feedback. Shouldn’t be that way. This makes difficult to catch notifications when getting a shift match. For feedback back should be a box for notes in the shift itself. I have many shifts 2 per day and always miss when the agency matches me.

When it comes to looking for a new case shifts, time and learning about the patient is what’s needed for all of us pca and hhas. Even though majority of the time our hha will send us new shifts it doesn’t really guarantee as much as this one and side note: the cool part is you can message to the coordinator that post any shifts! so to those that had an okay or bad experience it can be that you haven’t selected more and question (it’s always good to question) :) i appreciate also that it does feedback too.
