Love the concept
Easy to access but when something needs to be up dated this app won’t give you any time to do the update on your own time. This app forced me to update right before clicking in I was 20 minutes early by the way. Then when all was said and done I was 20 minutes late. It was infuriating. Hard to edit time of clock in.

User interface not user friendly
The pop up screen blocks me for entering the reason for request past session requested. I had to use my iPad (which has bigger screen than my iPhone).
Terrible app.
Have been required by Hancock to use this app for a year and a half now and gives nothing but trouble. Trouble logging in and out, notifications on logging in go round and round, sometimes the app does not keep the time while logged in and now no plus sign on sessions to create a manual session. Sometimes it will lock me out of logging in and I have to waste my time calling them. Very lousy app all around.

Login issues
It’s sometimes very disturbing when logging in, I had a very hard time yesterday, called the John Hancock office 3 times, the third person was very helpful. Though he couldn’t get it resolved. It’s a shame that these things happen, and whilst you login with past session, you are asked to do it with location even though you are still at the location. It’s frustrating sometimes.
