Less than Average app, subpar help - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
The app itself has several flaws that take away from usability. It’s just a poor user experience. BCBS of TN, I thought you were better than this. Silly me, BCBS of TN just hired a lousy contractor to build a lousy app. Beware of Wellframe. They build sub-par apps. And if you read the reviews for the CareTN app, you will see that nothing much has changed over the years.

I guess this app is ok. I haven’t figured out how except for the step counts. I’m sure it’s useful for some one. Only times I’ve attempted to use it tell me to call insurance company. Maybe one day I’ll find a use. Have bad health and appreciate it but 🤷🏾♂️

I use it for my doc appointments and any reminders I need, like when I want to drink extra water, go for my walks and my therapy exercise sessions.

Helpful :)
Helps me keep up with taking any medications as well as my prenatals, very informative for pregnancy and postpartum! Anything you could fall behind on or not be knowledgeable about this app will give you pointers and point you in the right direction. And as an added plus, you get your very own health navigator and they are SO SO friendly! The navigator can help with everything from finding you a pediatrician to answering any silly questions you may have. :) 10/10 approve! They also have a program where you get gift cards for interacting with the app and keeping up with all your stuff.

How is this lack of prenatal care not illegal?
The customer service in this app didn’t address any of our questions and continuously gave us incorrect instructions as to how to file a claim and what is covered on our plan. One rep outright refused (repeatedly) to tell us which prenatal services are or are not covered or where we can access information about what is or is not covered. She claimed that there is no existing document that contains information about what is covered in our plan. How is this legally possible? I’ve not had this kind of issue with United or Cigna - if you can, don’t waste your time or money with BCBS or this app.

Inability to delete errors/update creates another med
No options for meds taken only once a month. No option for meds taken as needed. Once revising a med, the app creates two. I wanted to delete one. No method to delete. If you update a med, it shouldn’t create a second selection. Update should overlay leaving one med.

Never Works
Freezes, restart phone to work sometimes. Now even that doesn’t help. Uninstalled, re-installed. Can’t complete daily tasks, very glitchy.
App support team members
I have been using my app for I think over 2 years. It helps keep me on track with my meds and the different team members I have worked with in the past and currently I don’t think I would be in the place I am today without them. This app is a lifesaver for me!

I am enjoying having the encouragement and wisdom from the articles that they send me. It keeps me on track, and encourages me to focus on my health daily. I worked on weight loss and achieved that goal, so now I am working on maintaining good blood sugar control through nutrition.

First off, I have a great care team ( Shirley, Amie and Stacy). These are only a few that have shown compassion and dedication for me through all my battles.
The question are researched, answers are not it’s part of old age. They give answers to heart failure and personal issues that others would put off. I feel as I’ve been blessed a family that puts you first.
I’ve been using this program for sometime now and they give you task to complete for an understanding with a pathway so you’re not suffering with Google responses.
When you need someone in your corner to help you get off the floor. It’s the overwhelming response when you need a coach that fights for you daily even when you think the coaching is over here comes more aide from the best of the best.
You may not agree but it took me to the breaking point before I put my care in the hands of another. We don’t see these fine caring hearts face to face. The help you can get may save your life or settle your deepest fears.
I’m forever grateful to them all.
