Near broken currently
The app worked ok for a few months. Recently it gets into CAPTCHA loops from numerous mobile devices (which is what they recommend you use it with as it’s designed for this format.).
The app is now nearly unusable and I’m well over explaining to my involved parties that I need to spend ridiculous amounts of time trying to work through CAPTCHAS.
I’ll be returning to paper crash receipts for the time being but hopefully it gets remedied.

Update
There is a bug that states that it has to be updated to the latest version, but there is no update .
Also locked out
Says to update app. No new updates available. And won’t let me use anymore because of this. Really sad.
App Locked
After last update pushed out by CARFAX I can no longer gain access to use app. Seems to be a very common problem.

After last updates, it won’t open and it tells me to download the most recent update (even though there’s no current updates available)
Terrible
The new update is terrible. The text color is unreadable and doesn’t show up. The scanner for the DL does not work. Must fix!!!!!
