Cari is a decent app and works as expected for basic ordering. That said, after trying multiple platforms, I personally prefer Keeta because it consistently offers free delivery, which saves time and money in the long run.
Everyone’s needs are different, but for me, value and convenience matter most, and that’s where Keeta stands out. Hopefully Cari continues to improve and adds more competitive delivery options in the future.

يضيعون الملابس بالغسل و يردون الملابس ناقصه و فوق هذا مافي رقم تواصل ولا خده عملاء و لما نكتب لهم بالانستقرام محد يرد
اسوأ تطبيق للتوصيل
اكثر من مرة يتأخر علي الطلب اكثر من ساعة ونص .. عطيتهم جم فرصة بس ماينفع معاهم + ادق محد يرد علي دايم ويتنق + لا تعويض ولا اعتذار ولا حتى تلافي التأخير ولما كلمت السايق مسكين ماله ذنب الخلل منكم .. فعلاً انتو اسوأ تطبيق بالتعامل والتوقيت وكل شي .. لو في اقل من نجمة كنت حطيتها .
Horrible app
Removed the option to cancel subscriptions, a subscription which is also useless now as most of their restaurants have fees. So I am now subscribed with no way to cancel it. No one responds to the phone line, WhatsApp doesn’t work. App has no help option and there’s no way to chat with anyone. Use any other option and it’s way better

SCAMMERS !! Beware !!
Once you subscribe to their unlimited membership plan, you’re stuck for life with them on their monthly renewing as they removed membership cancellation button !! Even worse they don’t reply to phone calls nor emails, and they delete your comments on their social media !! They should be sued and their app should be deleted from Apple App Store !

The worst delivery app
The worst app ever they are very unprofessional and they don’t even reply to either phone calls or texts and they are doing it on purpose. Also they have promised me previously of a 3kd code for being 2 hours late and they never send it to me and after i confronted them they still ignored me. And they were many time were they ignored my cancellation and they made the whole encounter very unpleasant and difficult and it was so hard getting my money back from them. So don’t bother with them there are many other apps with better customer services and who offers many great deals unlike cari

Worst app delivery of 2025 you ruined everything
The recent policy adding a minimum order for free delivery completely ruined the app. That was the one feature that made Cari different from the rest, and now it's gone, just like the app from my phone. There are plenty of other apps out there with better deals and customer service. And to make things worse, they deleted all the negative comments on their social media and only left the positive ones. That's dishonest and unprofessional. Zero stars!

عدم الصدق
للاسف اشتركت فيه كاري ومن الاشتراك ان التوصيل مجاناً بعد شهر تقريباً او شهرين التوصيل عليه رسوم ، للعلم انا مشترك ٦ اشهر ، ومافيه خاصية خدمة العملاء ، مادري شلون ابلغهم واشتكي، ومره طلبت طلي وتم اللغوا الطلب وقالوا بنرجع الفلوس بالمحفظه باليوم الفلاني ولي اليوم هذا مارجعوا فلوسي بالمحفظه ، غير ان مو كل المطاعم موجوده ، للاسف كل ما حاولت ادعم التطبيق يخيب ظني اكثر من المشاكل ، حتى ابي اشتكي مو قادر مافي خاصية خدمة عملاء بالتطبيق 🤦🏻♂️👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I ordered more than two hours ago, and my order still hasn’t arrived. I spoke to three customer service representatives, and they even contacted me through WhatsApp, yet none of them could solve the simple problem of a driver picking up the wrong order. If you value your time, do not use this app. If there’s any issue with your order, customer service will not be able to help you!you’re on your own!

مع ان بيني و بين المطعم اقل من ١٥ دقيقة لكن يحط لي ان المطعم خارج منطقة التوصيل .. و الخلل مو من المطعم لان ابليكيشنات ثانيه توصل مثل ديليفرو و كيتا و انا بطلب

THIS APP IS HORRIBLE!!!! Their concierge drivers are unbelievably stupid can barely speak English or Arabic and they damaged my item!! I own a home business and i used to rely on them to make deliveries but i will no longer use this HORRIBLE app no thank you

What really pushes me over the edge is the constant delays. My orders are always late by at least two full hours—every single time. This isn’t just a small inconvenience; it’s unacceptable and shows a total lack of respect for your customers’ time.
You’ve had more than enough chances to fix these issues, yet nothing has improved. If you don’t take this seriously and start delivering on time, don’t be surprised when people completely stop using your app
