Super helpful for caregiving
Caring Village makes it easy to stay organized and keep everyone on the same page. Sharing updates, schedules, and tasks is simple and intuitive. It really relieves the stress from caregiving. Definitely recommend if you’re coordinating care with family or friends.
Eight Isn’t Enough
We set up Caring Village for my family of 8 siblings to help monitor and manage our parent’s health. This site has everything we need and is so simple to use on your laptop, iPad or phone. The journal feature allows each of us to capture with our visits or calls with our parents to share with the family current health issues or follow up from doctor’s appointments. It’s so much better than just texting each other. We also use the Calendar feature to track appointments so that one of us can join them in person or on a call to make sure we capture all the notes for reference. The ability to upload documents and maintain all the information on each of their various Drs makes it really easy for us to coordinate. Most importantly, the team at Caring Village, particularly Linda, has been amazingly responsive whenever we needed clarify a process or make suggestions for improvements. Caring Village has been absolutely perfect for our family to be actively engaged in our parents health.

Essential Tool for Family Caregivers
Caring village is the tool I wish we had 20 years ago when caring for our grandmother. It has now become a lifesaver in keeping the family informed and actively engaged in caring for my mother-in-law. From the shared calendar, to private messaging, to medication management, to secure document storage, and more. It’s the only tool we’ve found that helps our large family,that’s spread across the country, organized.

This app carried me through one of the hardest seasons of my life
I spent the last few years caring for my mom while she was living with stage 4 lung cancer. Nothing truly prepares you for how overwhelming caregiving becomes — emotionally, physically, and mentally. Every day felt like a juggling act: driving back and forth for chemotherapy, managing medications, updating advance medical directives, coordinating travel so she could see friends and family, scheduling physical therapy, managing oxygen equipment, dealing with insurance and deductibles, and trying to secure medical appointments months in advance.
It was exhausting. And often, it felt very lonely.
Caring Village brought calm and clarity into a situation that otherwise felt like constant chaos. The medication management section alone was a godsend — one less thing to keep in my head when I was already running on fumes. Having a shared calendar to coordinate tasks gave structure to days that felt overwhelming, and being able to communicate with the caregiver we hired in the later months — all in one place — made an enormous difference.

Game changer for my sanity
This has been a game changer for my life. I have been balancing care for elderly in-laws and my special needs child. Too much. To keep up with own my own. I highly recommend Caring Village for families to use when coming together in care of a loved one. I never got to use all of its vast capabilities with mom passing so fast, but I was able to see the value in this app for the short time I did use it. It was helpful managing her medical documentation as well. I can see how it can help families navigate caring for family members tremendously.

I wish a tool like this was around when I was navigating the unfamiliar and difficult world of caregiving for a sick parent. Great idea to have everything centralized and easily accessible to everyone in your “village.” This will help a lot of people.
A Vital Hub
I’m just starting the journey of caring for my elderly mother and it is daunting, even for a health professional like me. Caring Village is an excellent app that acts as the central hub for coordinating the care of a loved one. Appointments, meds, advice, health status — everyone in the family (or whomever you specify) can go and check what’s going on by using the Caring Village app. It is also a great place to learn about all the myriad resources available out there because we can’t do it alone. Really loved what they have done with this app in its latest version. Wonderful interface and easy to use whether you are medically inclined or not. Great to share with family and get everyone aligned. It’s nice to see developers getting into this space cause it really needs help and support for a growing segment of the population.
