My Santa Fe chicken sandwich was not even wrapped in a paper to keep the bottom from falling out. Onion rings were all crumbled and look like it was the bottom of the barrel. Nothing was formed in a circle. I was very disappointed with my order. This was the first time I ever went to Carl’s Jr. and ordered on The app.

Horrible Customer Service - Beware!
The app shows the restaurant as open when you place an order, but when you arrive, the location is completely closed. They absolutely refuse to give your money back. I filled out the online support form as instructed, but nobody ever got back to me. This has happened to me three times now; I just experienced the third one tonight. I will absolutely never use this app again and will never eat from here anymore. Do not waste your money!

App is okay. Most deals thru are supposed to honor they have made app only. Nice. But now the app is having major log in errors. It’s been a good while since I could use. Oh well, just forced me to use other apps. Subways is sleeker and easier. Jack doesn’t taste as good but it works.

This app is trash! Every time I try and login my credentials are invalid. And from the emails they send me i can’t login. Garbage! I used to love Carls Jr…. But without gaining rewards on a $10 hamburger! I’ll to elsewhere.
