Every time I place an order there’s a failure to payment then app crashes then shows up as multiple transactions.

Deliver not available
This app is a joke. I enter my address, and it instantly says delivery isn’t available. Why even have a delivery option if you won’t deliver to paying customers? It’s misleading, a waste of time, and incredibly frustrating. Fix your delivery coverage or stop pretending you offer delivery everywhere. Until then, this app deserves one star.

This is the only app I’ve ever had trouble signing up for. Maybe they’re just having some problems. The food is pretty expensive so I doubt I would use it very often.
Unable to log in
Did a password reset and says my password is wrong. Tried logging in with my Apple ID and the link just keeps taking me back to the log in page

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Carl’s Jr., especially with how well the app works and how helpful the stores are when I come in. The app makes ordering simple and convenient, and the team members are always willing to work with me and make sure I have a great experience.

I tried using the reward online to get a free coke but it would never apply. I ended just driving to carls and redeeming it there. Please fix
