Can't apply rewards
I never been able to apply the rewards on this app. So making mobile orders with the rewards/offers attached is impossible. The only time I can use the rewards is to scan the rewards in store. Major inconvenience if I'm on-the-go. My wife has the same issue and the employees at Carl's also acknowledge a number of their customers go through the same issue. This issue has been like this since I downloaded the app over a year ago, and I'm always surprised this issue has not been resolved since. Come on app developers, do better.

Every time this app updated it loses my login. Seems intentional. Had a lot of rewards now they are not accessible.

The app gives me the option to redeem my points, but when I added it to my order, I’m getting charged. It’s not giving it to me as a promo.. What’s the point of ordering it through this if I can’t use what they say

App is great just place my order tell them whether I’m gonna pick it up and drive-through or inside and then it’s ready by the time I get there easy Peezy lemon squeezy. Hey they sell lemonade, right
Buggy app
Haven’t been able to place an order with this app for about a year now cause it keeps showing an internal error code. Not sure if it’s just mine even updated, but door dash has been getting the business from yall cause of it. Maybe look into it.
