Worst app ever
I tried to make a payment but it kept saying my card was invalid despite the fact that my card is still valid for another seven months and I put its information in correctly. I had trouble logging in as well as it kept telling me my credentials were invalid. Get it together.
Scam app
If it were possible to give this company and the vehicle I bought this vehicle through a -1000 I would this app raises the fees without any notice there’s a fee on there that I never signed up for the company I bought the vehicle through was the biggest scam companyalive other than this app I wish I had never done it. It was one of the most worst mistakes of my life.

Fraudulent app
Not user friendly, designed to scam the unsuspecting and low income. Does not allow you records of historical payments or set up future payments. Also, does not stick to payments dates setup by original contracts. Many people will be seeking litigation shortly.
HORRIBLE
If you ever buy a car and you have to use or pay through this app return the car because they have horrible customer service. I mean absolutely horrible customer service they’re rude. They belittle you. They talk down to you. It’s absolutely horrible. I’ve even tried speaking to a supervisor the supervisors are just as horrible and have horrible customer service just as their agents do not go with this company. If I could give a -100 stars I would if I can give a -1000 I’ll feel like that would be generous.

I log in and the app never seems to load my information I get charged a convenience fee all the time because I have to make payments through the website online instead of the app

Ten dollar payment fee is RIDICULOUS. At weekly payments that’s almost $45 EXTRA a month in PAYMENT FEES alone!!! Not to mention the outrageous financing fees!! That’s almost $600 a year added on to a car that’s already overpriced!! Rip off. Scam artists.

I am very pleased. Easy online access. You can pay car payment here. Shows you payment history, balance and reminder for next payment. I recommend it to anyone. Saves a lot of time and hassle from trying to pay over the phone.
