First time I am seeing adds on this kind of app I didn’t get it Please stop adds it’s very irritating
Misleading ad in the app
Keep showing an app saying my phone is infected by computer virus.

Why the hell you have lot of ads on this app.
I dont think its making users easier rather its irritating.

Better then Poparide
Very easy to use. More rides needed though
Unrefunded Wallet Balance
It has been over six months since I deposited money into the app wallet for a trip. Unfortunately, no driver was available at the time, and I have still not received a refund. The app does not allow users to withdraw their money from your wallet after it has been deposited, despite the service not being provided.

Its ads everywhere don’t thinks its a rideshare app
Huge challenge to close ads everywhere ads finding driver ads can’t close , posting ride ads can’t close feels like ads ads everywhere not satisfied with the app .
It’s not an app it’s ad app
It’s not an app it’s ad app
Hard to find ride and to give ride. Almost no one using
No customer ,no rides
best carpool app in canada
Definitely using daily
Bad User Experience
I’ve installed the app and posted a ride. Meanwhile there were multiple instances or mostly all the time, the screen becomes blank with white screen. No navigation to go back to previous screen or that white screen shouldn’t be there in the first plane to be honest. And unlike Poparide, there are ads on this app. But it makes sense as they are allowing for cash rides. I know this app is new, need a lot of work around. Hoping the bugs will be resolved!

app not working well and poor support
Very Poor app. I created a ride 3 times, I can’t see it, even through web portal.
But riders can see it. Customer service is not responding to me in the chat and the email.

This app doesn’t work in the US
If it doesn’t work in the US don’t show it in US App Store! Stay in Canada! Wasted my time and data to download
Id upload click is not working
Poor customer experience id upload button via camera is not working
Feature
The app requires car details for drivers. Where as other popular apps for carpooling keeps this as an option. I usually rent the car fro carpooling so how do i enter details of it on the app. They should have kept optional.
Best app for carpooling
Awesome app to use, very easy to navigate, find and post rides. Pink pool is a very unique and reliable feature for women.
Amazing app for rideshare
The best app there is currently for carpooling. Amazing features, great user experience and friendly UI
I am enjoying carpool as a driver and having great earnings
