Unrefunded Wallet Balance
It has been over six months since I deposited money into the app wallet for a trip. Unfortunately, no driver was available at the time, and I have still not received a refund. The app does not allow users to withdraw their money from your wallet after it has been deposited, despite the service not being provided.

Huge challenge to close ads everywhere ads finding driver ads can’t close , posting ride ads can’t close feels like ads ads everywhere not satisfied with the app .

Bad User Experience
I’ve installed the app and posted a ride. Meanwhile there were multiple instances or mostly all the time, the screen becomes blank with white screen. No navigation to go back to previous screen or that white screen shouldn’t be there in the first plane to be honest. And unlike Poparide, there are ads on this app. But it makes sense as they are allowing for cash rides. I know this app is new, need a lot of work around. Hoping the bugs will be resolved!

Very Poor app. I created a ride 3 times, I can’t see it, even through web portal.
But riders can see it. Customer service is not responding to me in the chat and the email.

Feature
The app requires car details for drivers. Where as other popular apps for carpooling keeps this as an option. I usually rent the car fro carpooling so how do i enter details of it on the app. They should have kept optional.
