Vanished review, pushing SmartHome?

03/05/2025 Now each day when I open this app it pushes Carrier SmartHome. Why? Why push an app that’s even worse than this one?

Imagine that, my reviews just up and vanished. Guess they didn’t like my stinging rebuke of the ongoing incompetence. The last one was posted here because the app lost all of my information and was thus nonfunctional. 4 years of messing around and we still have an unreliable app.

Horrible!

Does not give the same info you get on the wall. I know how to work the wall and the old app looked just like the wall. This does not!

Bad update

I just updated and it wiped me out of all settings. Manually re-entered data, yet it still wouldn’t connect.

Warning! Don’t install this update!!!!

Just got off phone with supper and there is a problem with this update -they’re trying to fix it.
I’ve been using this app for a year with no issues. I’ve recd other push updates and they’ve been fine. This new update took the app down and erased all data.
