Worst car tracking app
CarRx is the worst car tracking app on the market. Only give general location of vehicle. It often says my car is 3 houses down. It doesn’t keep accurate track of mileage. Customer service is terrible. The dealership I purchased my car wouldn’t sell me the car without it. I won’t be renewing for another year.

When I 1st started using this app it was great and updated in real time but now it doesn’t. Most times I have to close the app to get the location to update and the last week my car was home but was showing it was at my work place. If my vehicle gets stolen I’m unsure if this app will actually help in recovery.

Easy and simple to use . The maintenance features are helpful and I like talking to my car. Now I know where my car is parked and how fast my kid was driving !

CarRx is so simple and easy to use. We can locate any car on the lot with a press of a button and it will tell us if it’s going to start for the test drive because it monitors the battery.
I have had mine for 5 years and love it.
I started out with CarRx 5 years ago on my own car and added it to my kids vehicles during their high school years. What a great tool to know they got to school safely. Then when they left for college it was great because I could see the health of the vehicle. If they had issues I knew right away. Not to mention the ability to know if it was ever stolen and be able to recover the car. Also it shows my car and its location ten times better than my Toyota app.

I live up in Alaska and this product brings peace of mind to the family. Knowing where everybody is, and they are safe as well as knowing the health of all vehicles and battery status in the winter is a game changer. Best thing I love about this product is that it works with every make and model and I don’t have to depend or subscribe to a OEM app. All vehicles in one spot.
