I workout almost everyday and it does not add my workouts giving me credit, losing money!

I opened this app to complete a mandatory work survey. Within moments of opening it, this is the second time I’ve been asked to rate it. Please stop asking me what I think of you and just let me use the app.

Just a bit above useless
I’m trying to find a service provider for a specific test I need. When I search for either the CPT code or the procedure name (both common name and medical name) I do not get relevant results, instead I get completely unrelated results. It’s like they would rather the customer just die due to lack of care.

Arbitrary
I bike 34 miles and receive fewer points towards HSA contributions (zero) than I get for listening to 6 minutes of rainforest sounds. It’s a silly application.
Preventative care not given points
Previously, points were added to your account very soon after preventative visits were completed. Customer service now says it could take 8 weeks which is ridiculous when they are showing on claims as complete.
Not for the poor
Sure wish I could afford a new enough device to continue using this app! Why is it you don’t allow to continue using older versions?!?
Worthless
After 5 years of having this app tied to my healthcare all I have gotten out of it is annoying emails

Rewards aren’t rewarded
This app and my insurance make a big deal about the rewards for healthy behavior. However, their system does not recognize my preventative care visits or screening and there is no way to get help with this other than spending hours trying to get past visits “coded differently.” I am missing out on a few hundreds of dollars of promised awards due to this ineptitude that seems like a feature to them and a “bug” to me.

Not impressed
It’s unfortunate I can’t get direct answer. I have dental insurance but not with my work. Therefore I can’t get points when a have my dental checkup. Website is not user friendly at all.
