Persistent GPS usage
When the Cava app is backgrounded, it still uses GPS
Your app and Website are terrible
Not being able to select a delivery time is really not a good option. Your website doesn’t work well nor does your app.

The food tastes really good, but the app is not well made.

Should have all or most options on one screen can’t find many things
And have to order and add each thing at a time and go back and say add another meal even though you only want to see the drinks

Waiting Line Confusion
Since there is no signage indicating where people are to line up to get food, customers make multiple lines leading to verbal confrontations between customers. This needs to be fixed expeditiously.

Points Stolen
My points were stolen. Used by someone in New York. There should be a mechanism in place to confirm. They stole over 1,000 plus points and the store allowed them to on several different purchases.
Accessing my points
I wanted to use my reward points at checkout, but couldn’t figure out how to access them. Otherwise the ordering system was easy.

My new favorite place to get healthy food to go. It is always made exactly how I want it and tastes amazing.
Hard to complete order
Hard to complete an order when things are required to be selected but the app gives no indication what selection is missing. First time was having to actually select the card to be used when it looked to already be selected. Second time, I had to select utensils for it to allow me to complete the purchase. At least make the required selections highlighted in red.

My only complaint is this app would not let me schedule a delivery time. I had to keep going to the app every few minutes until the time was around the delivery time I wanted.
