i love CAVA and this app makes it so easy for me to order pickup or delivery. the layout is smooth and ordering is seamless, i also love their occasional promos and reward tiers. no issues whatsoever besides 1-2 times when it was slow to load payment. highly recommend if you love CAVA!

A bare bones app with a stone age UI, thanks so much, I guess I get to do your R&D for you so Cava saves $. If only they follow what you enter it would be good. Pick up at 1:45 pm but they make it an 1:03 when the order comes in. Customization? We don’t read that you change a few items in a bowl, we just give you that standard thing. The app is good and does what is needed to order. I would love to be able to request certain things, like a side of skhug, but the app does not allow for such things.

Food is amazing, but every time I order for pick up. When I get there I would have to wait another 10-15 minutes to be acknowledged by staff for pick up orders.

Easy app. I like how I can customize. One thing that could be better is being able to get something on the side. For example feta cheese in side.

My 1st Cava Experience
I have heard so much about Cava & finally got the chance to eat there because a new one opened up near me in Cane Bay.
My Salmon Bowl was Delicious!!!😋😋😋 I will certainly be returning there again.
The Staff was so Nice and between the Staff & the Seasoned Customers in front of me, they helped me to make a wonderful selection on the options to choose from. Can’t wait for my daughters to come visit me again so we visit Cava together.

App is weak- hard to avoid selecting things as you scroll through options

I truly enjoy Cava, however not all stores are created equal. The Cross County location is not as functional as the other locations. The staff could be a bit more customer friendly, and more accommodating but otherwise I like Cava as a whole. Please improve your store locale.

great food, glitchy app
The food here is wonderful and I’m so grateful for all of the vegetables, all of the options, and the delicious cucumber mint drink. Five stars for the food. Unfortunately, the app is a little clunky and glitchy, and I’ve had to turn my phone on and off a few times to make an order. That’s my only complaint. Otherwise, it would be five stars!
