UI/UX is Trash!
After repeated attempts, the app will not let me add to my order. I wanted to build a 2nd bowl, but this app refuses to let me do it. On the 5th try, my bag (the cart) completely disappeared entirely. I even removed all items from the bag prior to it disappearing and started from scratch. However, it still didn’t work, so I uninstalled the app, did a hard reset on my phone, reinstalled the app, and it’s still doing the same thing! Trash app with bad UI/UX! Fire your developers!

Love the food and the app!
I really enjoy creating my own bowl. My food is always so fresh. I’m a regular and the app makes it so easy to view the menu and add to cart.
Amazing
I would recommend CAVA too everyone I know.

How does one know what super greens or power greens are?
Entered an order, walked away for a few minutes and it was gone. Should remain in the cart till I check out.

Cameron village restaurant
Hey this is a great restaurant and the workers here are very good and my bowl came extra hot and good the workers Vince and kavon especially were hard at work when I was in there.
Love love love
Really love this restaurant. Clean, fast, and food is great.
Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. Would recommend for a great meal to anyone.
Love the desserts too.

Quality GREAT
Greek version of chipotle. As chipotle has trouble with quality control, Cava is a slam dunk every time… so flavorful.
Slow ordering. Too much loading.
Doing anything in this app is met with loading screens. Even simply updating a quantity or reordering your last order there are long loading times. Need to make the experience faster like other competing apps.
Sides
Sweet potato should be available all year round
Horrible app
So unuser friendly!!!!
Great flavoring
I enjoy Cava because the food is very flavorful and I am able to customize my bowl to my liking.
Cava review
I love cava so much my favorite place
Great plant based options
The food is great and very flavorful. I wish the app had an option to leave a message to be able to put some of the toppings (not just the dressings ) off on the side.
Delish!
Always so fresh and delicious, never disappoints!
cava😁
top 1 better than chipotle and qdoba
App needs some updates
When you click on something you can’t undo it. Frustrating. Bug that needs fixed.
Obsessed
Honestly Cava never disappoints
Doesn’t work
Won’t let you place order (button is greyed out for no reason) so is unusable
Digital kitchen sucks!

Great food great app
Great app, but I should be able to “favorite” an order just by building it and placing it in my cart. Seems like the only way to favorite is to place the order, then go to the history tab
