Great, Rewards can be funky
…we really enjoy cava, but sometimes the app is a little finicky. We just ordered right now and it seemed to be fine but the last time we ordered I accidentally had to redo our entire order three times and it was pretty frustrating. I think it was because of the Rewards and trying to use them. I expected it to pop up at the end of my order and it was at the beginning so it was easy to overlook other than that. The app looks really cool and everything else seems to be pretty intuitive. I think it was mostly just the Rewards situation.

When trying to build your own a pop up screen about calories is on the way of items and you can't clear the pop up.

Clumsy app design means you can’t customize.
The recent customization menu hides half the ingredients so that you can’t see or add them. What a bad design!

You’d have to be a crazy to not love CAVA. This place is a standout among fast food places that serve stuff that barely qualifies as food.
