Love Cava and will order in person, but the app will NOT function. Tried with both wifi and only cellular, resetting app, deleting fully and redownloading, etc. won’t leave that “Looks like you’re offline” page.
Great, Rewards can be funky
…we really enjoy cava, but sometimes the app is a little finicky. We just ordered right now and it seemed to be fine but the last time we ordered I accidentally had to redo our entire order three times and it was pretty frustrating. I think it was because of the Rewards and trying to use them. I expected it to pop up at the end of my order and it was at the beginning so it was easy to overlook other than that. The app looks really cool and everything else seems to be pretty intuitive. I think it was mostly just the Rewards situation.
