The $3 promotion didn’t work

I placed an order through the app and added spicy fries (qualifying purchase) and the $3 offer never came off my total bill. I ordered 2 burgers, spicy fries and a drink. Fix the promotion or don’t offer it!

I wish you could add extra of x item. And I don’t like how tip is automatically added and you have to uncheck. It should be the other way around.
