Complicated orden
It is very complicated to take advantage of the offers and pay for two orders at the same time. If other restaurants can handle two orders simultaneously, why can't this one?

Can’t order shack sauce?
Me and the boys didn’t want to pay the extra fees for Uber Eats but still wanted to order online. Sadly we weren’t given an option to order shack sauce on the app anywhere. Tragic let down.

Shake Shack never disappoints! My order was fresh, hot, and made exactly as requested. The burger was juicy, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the service was friendly and quick. The restaurant was clean, and the overall experience was excellent. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Why is ApplePay an option when Shake Shack doesn’t accept it as payment through the app?
I placed my order through the app and when I got there to pick it up they didn’t have my order. The cashier asked if I used ApplePay and when I told her yes she said “we don’t take ApplePay”. When I asked why is ApplePay an option on the app if they don’t accept it as a payment she said she wish she knew.
