Constant app issues
This is one of the most buggy apps I’ve ever seen. I use it all the time to order at the Alpharetta store and on a Saturday @10:47 am it’s telling me that I could not do a drive-through window pick-up order because the store is closed.

App is easy to navigate, but payment section could be better. I had to double my Apple payment for it to go through because it wouldn’t accept the card on file, but didn’t explain why.

Why do you ask for tip? It’s fast food and not a full service restaurant.
Tips
Stop asking for tips. Covid doesn’t fundamentally change tipping culture such that customers should now be prompted to donate extra money to employees everywhere they get fast food. No table service, no tip. Pay employees more if you think they may need tips. Tipping culture is already ridiculous—let’s not make it worse.

Canceled order. Walked 40 minutes round-trip in Las Vegas just to use this app and their kiosk. Canceled it. Both required extensive personal information just to order fast food. Stupid. Never again.

Terrible app - can’t save gift cards
What a terrible app. There is no ability to save a gift card to the app. Even Chick fil A can do this!
The $3 promotion didn’t work
I placed an order through the app and added spicy fries (qualifying purchase) and the $3 offer never came off my total bill. I ordered 2 burgers, spicy fries and a drink. Fix the promotion or don’t offer it!
