Promos great, Fine print not
When you order a promo but it won’t work, you don’t know why and it won’t explain. Hard to get deals. Feels a bit of a bait and switch.
Online ordering is a minefield
Nonstop onslaught of promotional hazards and invasive requests to share information and track. Should have gone to Popeye’s.

Was just forced to download the new version and still the same issues. This is insane they can’t have a functioning app, after all these years. Every time I use it I have to sign in again. I put the order together for a $25 meal, and then there’s always an error with Apple Pay. I dig up my credit card and enter every digit and still error can’t pay. This app is garbage

Expensive
Burgers are great, but $4 for a handful of frozen French fries, and even more for a few onion rings! I’ll stick to the “other” hamburger joint.

Usually fine app
The app is usually fine and works right, but after the last update it won’t open past the opening green screen with the burger on it.

Terrible
Wanted to use the app to order sum food me and a friend but each time we picked the local spot near us all it would do is pull up a blank nothing screen so resorted to the website but what a waste of time to login verify email and phone number just to deal with that very annoying and frustrating
Very easy ordering process
Great experience. One simple ask...I'd like to be able to customize with pickles for every sandwich option. Can't do it with the west coast chicken.
Adding side items
It’s really unfortunate that an item such as cherry peppers you can’t request as a side. You ask for a side in store and they just tell you that next time you have to pay but there’s no way to add and pay for a side of cherry peppers.
Fantastic food, excellent service
My fiancée and I tried Shake Shack for the first time recently and were blown away by the quality of food and service. From the freshness of the burgers, to the care taken when bagging all of the items, it was genuinely one of the best take away dinner experiences we’ve had in years! Shout out to the entire Shake Shack team at Rookwood - you all are killing it!

My family first brought us here after my now-husband graduated from USMC Boot Camp, and we fell in LOVE with our new local Shake Shack! We quickly realized the WC Chicken was a limited-time sandwich/combo and were so sad to see it go. 😭 We adore the classic burgers & chicken sandwiches, and my goodness are the lemonade & shakes AMAZING. Please consider keeping the WC Chicken on the menu! 😍 We hope it’ll be available again when he’s home from deployment. 🙏🏼❤️ Thank you as well to the OB RT.9S Shake Shack staff for being 10/10 each time we visit!
