Cannot register with atm card
This update version 1.33 has bugs that ATM card cannot be registered. fix asap

App UI Need to improve
CB Pay UI Interface is out of date .Some of features like entering app without internet connection .Now its feel like using web mobile banking and it should be like another pay app .I really disappointed cb pay UI interface . it can be easily to use app smoothly if change app UI .App UI was not improved since 2020

The UI needs to be change and a balancing feature that has not been seen needs to be add. The appearance of the application looks old design.
Error in Iphone when using M-pitesan
It’s too bad when I use application to transfer the money from cb acc to m-pitesan error message showing “application is not install on your phone”. But actually I have already used last month. Is it happening in apple devices only?

One of the best and most user friendly app
I have been using CB Pay for more than 3 years. This incorporates mobile banking, Cb pay and card management all in one. I also uses AYA and KBZ apps but this one is the most user friendly. App design is simple and great with least lagging time. Would recommend to everyone. 👍
Too many step to use
There are so many steps to log in, it is so annoying.
Cash in from MPU
Other pay apps have a feature to deposit cash from any MPU card. CB pay should have it.
Difficult to deposit or cash in
Very difficult to cash in. Going to bank is the only way to cash in.

Booking token
The rest of functions are working fine. Request tokens in iOS version its stuck in logo page and timeout again and again even android users success requested token at the same time. iOS users facing unfair while android getting token. Need fix for iOS user for request tokens.
Logout after reopen app
CB pay not save user login session on iPhone 6s.
