I cancelled during the trial period in December 2023, but they have continued to take payments from my account for 2 subsequent years. I have mailed repeatedly without response - send me my money back and delete my details from your system!

App recently updated and now it is not loading past the splash screen. Have deleted the app and redownloaded it but still it doesn’t work.

“Anex iety”
This app is frustrating. I’ll be deleting it after this review. You can’t have a therapy app that cannot pronounce “anxiety” properly. In addition the audio pacing is far too slow, the background segments are far too short, and the instructions are too wordy.
I think the voice is AI generated because several of the pronunciations are off, but the most glaring is the pronunciation of anxiety as “anex-iety” which is just frustrating.
The app has potential but needs some serious work overall.

Too many permissions
Too many permissions makes you believe why the creator wants to have access to so many unrelated personal information of yours and how are they stored or going to be shared.
Stealing data?
Paid app, and not cheap at all… yet the developers need ALL your personal data? And linked to the user? Insane the greed of some people. And we’re talking about a very sensible type of app and data

Was supposed to be lifetime free on Appvice… no way to activate. Worthless… deleted!
False claim of lifetime promotion
I received offer your lifetime from AppAdvice and after going through the whole boarding process, the app would not allow me to purchase the life time pro as advertised.
Don’t fall for “free” come-on!
I found this app via AppAdvice’s daily “free app” listing, offering a lifetime subscription for free today only. I followed the instructions given for said “free” subscription, but the “free” option isn’t there. Don’t fall for it!

Shady people
Currently offering the lifetime for free … if you can find it. They use every dirty trick in the book to hide it. They require an email address and try to collect every bit of private information they can. I will delete this app.
Mixed review
Can you please explain the permissions and why they are needed to operate this app, some of them seem very intrusive. I got this on a lifetime offer- I do not approve of subscription based apps and would not pay for a subscription for this or pretty much any app, but I do like that a one-time purchase option is available. If purchasing it as a one-time fee there is a decent amount of content, and the illustrations and music/variety of sounds are pleasant. I really like the purring cat. I really do NOT like either of the voices, they are too breathy and though they are real human voices they sound a bit forced, so not as relaxing. BUT you can mute any voice in the sound settings, and just listen to the background music.
