Been on and off again working for the past month or two. None of my balances will refresh. Have to uninstall the app to get it to work. Pls fix

Exceeds Expectation
The app is easy to use and navigate. Any information you could possibly want to know shows up on the dashboard. Love the ability to message staff and their quick replies. App is a lot better than most other banks and credit union. It’s informative but not intimidating.
Good app
I love the app. I can fully manage my loan from here. I’ve never had to go to the physical bank and the performance is great.

Somewhere along the line they forgot the customer! Many nice things for The Bank not so much for the consumer or client!

Better App than other Credit Unions
I have other credit Union accounts and I must say that this app is way better and advanced. I love all the features it gives such as my credit snapshot.

Very confusing hard to calculate balances. Minor details about transactions. Also, updates are sometimes inaccurate.

Deposits
It keeps kicking me out and telling me oops something went wrong on our end. Just annoying. It worked on the fifth time. I have four more checks to go. I should be done by now.

Great update w minor issues
Really like this app update compared to the clunky old version. A few things that are needed with this version (and web version):
1) Give us ability to view images of checks

Poor upgrade
Mobile deposits and bill pay functions are not complete. If you have multiple accounts you cannot tell which account you are paying from or depositing into. Once I was able to get my accounts “nicknamed”, the basic view of banking features is nice.
financial transactions made easier
The upgrade to this new app allows me to conduct business on the go. Easy to navigate. Easy to customize. quick replies from support. All good.
