Bad experiences
This is the first time i have experienced! usually when i send money its already in the bank account of the people i send money to, but now it’s different they send their “system is down and under maintenance” and they said they are not sure when it will be back! what kind of app says quikz but not quick! This is very inconvenient to me especially if you have emergency back at home! And people in customer service don’t do anything about it! Useless and disappointing!

It was good until they locked me out
I did enjoy this app until I kept losing my debit card and added new card. Did not know it would locked me out now I can’t send money to my mother of my child my 3 daughters.
Good app the fee are low then western union
Bad app they will block your account when you add too much debit card to your account even though you replace your lost or stolen card
One star because of there customer service I did what I was told to do and still blocked took photos of id and photo of me holding my id still blocked

Be careful
This happened to me 2 times already that I send the money then after few seconds it will tell you that the transfer was cancelled. The worst part is they took your money and your refund will not be available after 2-3days. Cebuana quiks claimed that the receiving bank cancelled the transaction and they don't have the answer as to why. I checked with the receiving bank and they are stating they never cancel any transfers from abroad as long as the acct. number is correct which in my case was correct. Just a peace of advise be careful because you don't wanna be in a position that you send the money coz' there's emergency with your family and they will not even get it on time. Something is fishy with this trick that this company is doing. Just my thought. BEWARE......
