Excellent care
Brenda Diaz has stepped up in Dr. Chu’s office to provide excellent client communication over this past year. She’s very responsible, responsive willing to solve problems. Call people reach out and get back to me follow up. Let’s recognize her excellence and her dedication to her patient and to the doctors with whom she works.
I’d also like to recognize Dr. Vivian Chu an excellent endocrinologist and pharmacist she’s basically kept my mother alive and well over the past year.
Dr. John and (Derm) was nothing short of a medical wizard. He cleared up my mother‘s psoriasis. We’re very grateful to him. He educated us about any potential side effects thank God which she had none.
Dr. Stibleman has been an excellent Podiatrist and taking good care of my mother’s feet and provide provided excellent service for her.
Dr Matthew Sayre is one of the best Primary Care Physician’s. We’ve had the privilege to work with. excellent in his knowledge and in his ability to listen and really value patients and communicate clearly and with compassion we’re very grateful for him.

Video Visit
Dr Harris was thorough and delightful. A great way to efficiently review records with MD and seek guidance. Issue was overseas travel and appropriate strategies for recommended Meds and RX.
Not a good app
There’s no direct numbers for your Drs in the app so if you change an appt it’s impossible .
On top of this the ENT Dept only has an answering service day and night and no one from the dept can be reached and they don’t call you back . I tried 4 times .
Not sure what the purpose is if this app as it does nothing !

I see multiple addresses for me and I don’t know how to change the home address where I live everywhere on the app
Love Cs Link
I find when trying to message doctors, they are not all on my list. You should have a search bar to find one that’s not listed like a telephone directory so you can send messages to my doctors that aren’t on my
List. Also although I have no new messages, a red dot is always there indicating that I do. Please remove. I have achieved all messages. Please address. It’s irritating.

Loving CS link
I absolutely love using the CS link. I joined CS about 5 months ago and for the first time I have found all my health information in one place available to all my medical team. This app takes the burden off of me to keep track of all information and carry them to various medical providers. This is truly fantastic site and very easy to navigate and contact the medical staff. I am very pleased. Thanks

Everyone I have dealt with at Cedars has been warm, comforting and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for being so caring.
Worst app EVER
The doctors assistants don’t get most of the messages, so you end up having to call and wait on hold for an hour to reach someone which is what the app was supposed to help you AVOID. They introduce scheduling telehealth with random doctors but not your own which is why I wait endlessly on hold with another co Cedars bought and ruined so badly, my doctor chose to retire.

I received a text about an appointment.
I pressed 1 as I get texts all the time to confirm. Well this one said 1 to decline. Ridiculous
Used to be good, now records missing and difficult to navigate
This app used to be good. But I am getting on and seeing a lot of appointments I attended now are listed as “missed” and the records have completely disappeared.
We love Cedars!
It hasn’t been a perfect journey, but the team at Cedars, from the billing department to the physicians, have done so much for us! We are forever grateful for you all
Forced download is not ok
In no way is forcing app use a good look for any company. Not being able to access personal medical information without downloading your app is unacceptable. Rethink this Cedars!
Update. I received a developer response saying they don’t require the app. This is just not accurate. If you search for Cedar’s and then click on the sign in option on an Apple device it forces you to the App Store instead of the login page. App redirects should not exist

Confused care
I have been in this hospital for almost 2 days. I feel like my care teams get less caring each day. I have no idea who to talk to. I literally hate it here
Biopsy
Cedars is the worst. They told me I have a concerning area and are trying to give me a biopsy a month 1/2 out. this is not acceptable. I have called and left 6 messages with zero return calls. Please book me elsewhere like UCLA as this is crazy. I am very upset

I LOVE THE DOCTORS, NURSES AND RECEPTIONISTS THEY ARE ALL SO FRIENDLY. THEY TAKE THERE TIME TO LISTEN TO YOU. THE NURSE MAKES SURE YOU ATE COMFORTABLE. Thank you!!
