OTP not receiving in abroad
In my roaming BD sim OTP not receiving and branch also can’t support.
Very bad app
Pathetic banking service. Pathetic app. Many times account balance and statements doesn’t match. Cant npsb more than 50k at once. Npsb and eft both charges10 taka. I mean whats the point then?

1. Session expires silently
The session timeout is too short, and the app logs users out without any warning when clicking. The worst part is that the session expires even while I’m actively filling out a fund‑transfer form. After entering all the information and clicking Next, the app suddenly takes you to login page
• The session should not expire while the user is actively interacting with the app.
• If you still choose to enforce a strict timeout, please show a warning popup (e.g., 300‑second countdown) with an option to extend the session. Silent expiration is extremely frustrating and leads to data loss.
2. Paste blocked when text contains special characters
The app does not allow pasting text if it includes special characters. This is not user‑friendly.
• Instead of blocking paste entirely, you can sanitize the input and automatically remove unsupported characters.
• Preventing users from pasting text creates unnecessary friction, especially for account numbers, references, or descriptions copied from other apps.

I can’t find any notifications in this app but in app icon all time show 1 notification is pending to preview. I think developers need to check this problem and solve with update.

Why should I visit bank after any changes?
What is the meaning of that online facilities?
Number changes or new registration is not open. why?
If I able to verify my own NID & Own number ,account number then I should have the facility to change number any time.
One number can be registered once. If anything goes wrong no way to reregistration. why?
Please take advice from other bank. how they operate their apps.
