Screen and some digits go inside the screen
iPhone pro max 16: on left and right side one or two digit are going inside the screen and not readable. Solve the issue please
Regarding encoding and id for privacy and security
I would suggest to work make it a little more enhanced in encoded script such that the flow of income does migrate and hinder someone else’s attention makes every one enjoy their income . However services have been good CentPay isn’t working on my cell I don’t know why see if this resolves . Thanks
All Broken App
I don’t know what updates you made and whole application is broken now. I can even find the menu option properly. every label in the application has a suffix ‘lbl’ to it. please correct the app and make it user friendly. Central bank please atleast make digital experience better for banking. I don’t have an option to share the screenshot or else you would be surprised to see the UI of the application. if you don’t have any good development team please connect with me but please improve the app. I manage considerable part of my finance through central bank and this is very frustrating.

Update cause problem in visibility as label got changed
After update label of menu and different option got changed.

Half the time when trying to login, it says “session expired, login again”. Then after multiple tries, it says to change the mpin.
After changing mpin and logging in it says I’m logged-in in offline mode. What nonsense.
Then opening the passbook which is supposed to be the main feature, it is not showing me my latest transactions even after refreshing. It is showing me a month older transactions only. I have urgency to check my refund. How am I supposed to check it? UNRELIABLE AND FRUSTRATING.

Worst app every time have issue
This is the worst app by central bank of india.
Every time session timeout message comes when try to login. You need to delete app and download again and than same issue.
If you have emergency for the statement than don’t trust on this app. Every week it’s need to reinstall due to not working and there is no guarantee that it will work after reinstalling.

Pathetic
Every time when I want to see my pass book it says SESSION EXPIRED and BLOCKED DUE TO WRONG PASSWORD ATTEMPTS. U know what’s more interesting, u feed once and it automatically counts the same as 3 and says MORE THAN 3 WRONG ATTEMPTS USER BLOCKED.
I know whatever I’m writing here is of no use, no one will read it ever and take any action for the improvisation of the issue. This is the major difference between private banks and Govt. undertaking banks, it sometimes seems like a big conspiracy of loosing business of Govt. Banks and diverting customers to Pvt Banks.

Connection Error. No Internet Connection
Terrible app, always constantly getting “connection error, no internet connection. Tried on wifi, 5G and multiple devices. Just randomly stopped working. Support team no help at all. Typical customer service in India.

This is good app and help to get instant info. But there are some flaws which need to be rectified.
Person can download/email statement for only 3 months max, what if we need 6 months?
In one day you can get only one statement request which is very disappointing. Hope developers will address this issue.

When I use from uk by my iPhone 13 Pro Max , some time good working and some time pendamic session expired and many error .hope someone short out issues.

Central bank of india has done very nice up gradation in this passbook application ,Very easy to use and looking fabulous,

Horrible App
Cannot do anything other than view balance. The developers are so far behind compared to Kotak or ICICI bank apps, that they do not care. No pride taken in their work. Writing this review is also not going to wake them up. It’s not like they will read and react.

Great app
This is a great app to keep a tab on your account passbook. Initially had a problem after the update my accounts were not displayed , but upon reinstalling the app , everything is good.
Regarding deregistration
Cant operate same account on two different device. When we register it on one device then other device account gets automatically deregistered. We need to see same account information on two different devices when one device is not around. It was possible on earlier version. Now its not happening, So solve this issue as soon as possible.

Worst experience
This is so annoying. Not a single thing work properly in this app. One day is gone waste just to login. Sometimes they show error that Internet is not there. I have 4G network other app work fine and this. Somehow I manage to login then my accounts are not visible. I required the bank statement and next day when account are visible. I required to request to send the statement for tax benefits but when i go to e-mail account statement. Inside that when i click to enter email noting happen. You guys have my phone number and my email at the time of registration send the bloody mail on the same email Id or just give the option to download bank statement.
Worst app I ever seen. If i have to go to your bank branch for every little things then why you made this. Take my suggestion just close your bank and this app.
