Great update!!
Updates Are Buggy
Ever since they started doing updates to the app it has caused my app to crash a lot or won’t even load. I have the latest iOS update and a pretty new phone so that isn’t the issue nor is my internet connection/wifi. Other than that I love Central Bank but they need to fix their app to be less buggy.

Works 1/2 the Time
Closes out multiple times why trying to login!! Only works 1/2 the time and tells me to update - but there’s no update available!! Frustrating
Crashes upon login
For months now the app crashes each attempt to login. Usually takes 4+ tries before it will login
Difficult and outdated
I have been banking with Central bank for years and their app is the worst I’ve ever seen. There are long periods of time where I am unable to transfer any money because of an “Application Error” this has happened multiple times and sometimes lasts for a full day. There are other times when it won’t show me any of my accounts because it “Cannot be displayed at this time”. It also takes forever to update transfers and purchases which makes it difficult to actually budget and know what money is in my account. All these things together combined with the fact that sometimes it takes me 3-4 times to even get into the app because it crashes the moment I sign in. A terrible app that needs to be fixed.

The app for years has been great. Lately though it has been crashing on startup. Usually takes 3-4 times logging in for it bot to crash. Started at the last major update
Takes multiple attempts to log in
Lately it takes multiple (sometimes up to 5) times to do face recognition and get into the app. Also there are times my account is in the negative when in actuality my funds are not.
Won’t open
Sometimes I have to open it at least three times so that it finally opens cause it keeps closing. Not sure why

The online app is awesome and make banking so easy with money transfers and checking balances. SWM

Always been satisfied with my Banking. All very friendly and helpful.
Kick Out Bug
For the past month or so any time I try to check my balance and I unlock it with Face ID, the app will kick me out and close itself. So I have to open the app twice to even get to look at my balance, and tonight it’s just nonstop kicking me out. This is ridiculous and I’m tired of it. I should only have to open my app once to see my balance.
