No longer works for the one thing I use it for
I really only use this app to track my daily electricity consumption. And that hasn’t updated in almost 2 weeks. This is unacceptable. Yes, I can get that info via mobile browser but that shows the data in a way that’s too small to easily view. I contacted customer service about this a week ago but, as expected, that yielded nothing. Very disappointed.

Significant UX and stability improvements
I’m really impressed with the latest iOS release. The previous versions suffered from sluggish performance and inconsistent login flows, but the optimization here is night and day. Loading payment methods is now near-instant, and the overall navigation feels premium. Definitely worth five stars now.

Could use some improvements
I really like the app overall, but I have been experiencing issues with logging in. I’m able to online, but when I try in the app it just reroutes me to the login screen

Can’t even get in to pay bill
Not reliable
The app has a nice interface, but it’s not stable. So many pages never load, buffering indefinitely. Payment page is often laggy, and again loads forever. If it wasn’t for the email receipts, I wouldn’t trust that my payment has gone through.
The most unreliable app ever
The only reason I renewed with Champion Energy is because they had this app. Well next time it comes up to renew, I will ignore the app — it has become totally useless. The daily consumption number has not been updated in 9 days. Someone is asleep at the wheel.

I have attempted to use this app to pay my bill every month for the past 6 months! Please note I said ATTEMPTED! First, I could get it to load, but even when I finally got frustrated and CALLED to get help, my account number was NOT LISTED! Now, the stupid app won’t even load and I have deleted it multiple times and reinstalled it again multiple times with the same issue! Oh! And I have even contacted the developer only to be completely ignored! What a joke! Champion and their affiliates want you to pay the bills, but they make it impossible to do so in a timely manner!

Not Working
Just switched to Champion Energy, because my old company is getting dissolved. ALREADY, the app is not working!

Champion Energy is great but their APP is very poor. It will not allow me to log into my account so I have to manually navigate to the Web Site to log in.
Slow and Unresponsive
The app and website are slow to load if it even loads. Login Passwords that work on the website don’t work on the app, haven’t been able to login into the app to see my account info. Frustrating, even deleted the app and reinstalled just to get the same results.
Should be better
The app would be great if it loaded faster … the usage section is what I want to see for tracking how much electricity I have used … but, it doesn’t always load — you only get the rotation icon that makes you think it’s loading. And it doesn’t load — it just spins.

What went wrong?
I’ve had this app for a couple years and it’s always been wonderful. All of a sudden the app shows error and I can’t log in. Tried removing and reinstalling, still won’t work. Does the website need maintenance?
Awful interface
Loaded on my iPad Pro, the display is tiny and keyboard is ridiculously small with no backspace key.

Very slow and inaccurate app
You’d think when you’re offered the convenience of making a payment on the app, that the app it self would be functional-well, it’s not! I’ve made the payment twice and it still won’t register that I made the payment. Don’t even attempt with the Apple Pay method, you’ll just be asking for a headache. Ps get better software engineers.

App won’t work
Seems like the apps isn’t working when I add my information in to log in. Just resets everything and goes back to the apps face page
