Honestly 1 in every 10 attempts one of these chargers works. Very poor

Wollte eigentlich bei Aldi laden. Der Kreditkarten Leser war defekt. Die Hotline sagte mir, es ginge dann mit dieser App. Diese App wollte aber auch nicht mit Apple Pay für den Aldilader arbeiten. Er wollte eine EV-Card. Was das ist, hab ich bis heute nicht rausgefunden. Danke für nichts.

Full of bugs, locations disappear. No charging rate advertised. Some own brand chargers completely missing from map

Would leave 0 if possible
Hard to use and they should change their name as they don’t assist. They send automatic emails when you email them saying they won’t reply. Their associated chargers are not labelled so if you get your cable stuck you will not get any help from them. Terrible non-existent service, avoid!

Disappearing locations!
Been using the app since October last year with no real issues other than 4/5g. But now, all the chargers at work have vanished and are not useable. Been like this for 3+ weeks with no fix in sight. Please can it be fixed? I need to charge my car…

Charger location disappeared from the map
I’ve been using this charger from work for a couple of months now. Except for the app not working on 4g/5g network, everything is working fine. I just have to remotely initiate the charge when I’m on wifi signal, inside the office every-time i needed to charge.
But yesterday, all of a sudden, my workplace charger, at East Surrey Hospital Canada Ave.

It also disappeared from my favorites. So there’s no way to charge now, because I can’t find the specific charger location. I have emailed support team, but it’s on auto response, and referred me to the FAQ for some help.🤣
I have done, everything, log in and out, uninstall and reinstall the App. But nothing. If there is someone to talk to, but there’s bo customer support number, or any number to phone for that matter.
Hoping that this will get settled asap please. Thanks and God bless🙏🏼

Fails to open on iOS 15
App page says it is compatible with my phone, and works on iOS 14 and up. However, on my iPhone 6s with iOS 15.8.4 the app installs but will not open.

But got there in the end, by trying a different charger
Dose not work on mobile network if you have an iPhone
Will not work via mobile network 4/5G on iOS devices. It only works via WiFi on IOS devices.
