Dommage qu’un captcha incompréhensible et inutilisable empêche la création d’un compte pour utiliser l’appli. Du coup, j’ai laissé tomber et suis parti sur des bornes concurrentes à l’aire suivante…
Quand l’expérience client n’est pas fluide et simple, on perd le client !

Couldn’t add payment

App hung 4 times trying to add payment. No obvious support despite charging so much money to charge. Gave up. Deleted app and account. Going with competition instead.
