Souvent des problèmes pour charger. La borne n’apparaît plus depuis quelques semaines sur la carte pourtant sur place elle semble capable de fonctionner. Quand je scanne le qr code sur la borne ça me dit qu’il y a eu une erreur ou qu’il n’existe pas et ça depuis le début. C’est dommage parce que des fois ça marche bien et là je ne sais pas c’est quoi le problème. Quand on essaye d’appeler les numéros d’assistantes sur la borne personne ne répond.

Garbage app
Filled in all the necessary info when prompted and charging still didn’t work.
After going through the app manually and filling in everything I could find, it finally started charging.
2 hours later it barely put 20% in.
And why on earth does it need all my data? Ok we all know why - and it’s disgusting.
I had to fill in so many details about me I felt like I was in a dystopian nightmare.
Horrible app, terrible experience and expensive charge.
