ich hatte an einer Ladestation Glück da konnte man über die App ganz normal laden und die Zugangsdaten und den Account anlegen. Und plötzlich war nichts davon verfügbar. Keine Ladestationen hatte mich reingelassen, ohne einloggen, und der Login war nicht möglich. Dazwischen liegt keine Woche. Ich hab keine Ahnung, was das Problem mit diesem Anbieter oder diese App ist aber das ist ziemlich unzuverlässig und ich kann nur abraten das zu benutzen. Weil man nämlich völlig aufgeschmissen ist.

Bei mir ist Vattenfall der Grundversorger und ich habe immer wieder Ärger. ABER das Preis Konzept die App die Infrastruktur ist einfach super Danke für diesen Dienst danke für die fairen Preise danke das ihr es macht

Alles gut mit einer Einschränkung: Bei 2 angeschlossenen Autos wird nur mit 8 kW geladen.

Funktionen fehlen

Es fehlen Basic Funktionen, Ladekarte löschen, Zahlmethode ändern, löschen, Lastschrift entfernen/ändern.

Vielen Dank für das Feedback! Du kannst deine Debitkarte ganz einfach in der App unter "My Payments" löschen. Könntest du uns kurz genauer erklären, was du mit „Zahlmethode ändern“ meinst? Möchtest du eine Karte ersetzen oder das Zahlungsmittel wechseln (z.B. auf Lastschrift)?
