Horrible
Cost is twice the city’s price of electricity, plus 3% service fee, plus $1 to plug in.
For comparison, plugging in for ~3 hours is nearly $7/gallon of gas. That’s twice the price of gas at the station up the street.
Does what it says
Amazing if you want to overpay for electrons
Delusional
I’m not sure who’s the genius who came up with those pricing plans for a barely known L2 charging co.
I’ve deleted my account and deleted the app.
Overpriced + Hidden Fees
Expensive and Unreliable
Requires you to be able have an internet connection, so it can ve difficult to charge your car if this is located underground.
Was already more expensive than superchargers but I was willing to pay for the convenience, but with the new fees it would still be cheaper to charge my car at peak hours at superchargers.
not worth it
Amazing app
Pointless app
Super expensive charging, basic app
Increased costs due to tariffs?
Not a good company

40% revenue are from penalty
There should not be a penalty for late-night hours when people are asleep and can't move their car. Even if I only forget a few times, the fees are very high. Out of my 55 charges, 3 times I went over and now 40% of my total payment is just penalties. It feels more like a way to make money than to help people charge fairly.
I hope Chargie adds a grace period, better reminders, or at least stops charging penalties during midnight hours. Right now, I’m really disappointed with how this system works.
