Very Annoying

I’m very annoyed that when I look up the hotel I’m staying at it shows a great price of $60 from super then I hit book now and it says it’s rerouting to super boom gets to super and the price is $97.87! How is there a $40 jump up? Super is supposed to be the cheapest app yet they are more expensive than all of the others! Yaw shouldn’t say it’s gonna be so cheap if it’s not going to be anywhere close to that price!

Didn’t work

Finally picked out a place and then the book now didn’t work. I went to the other site directly, that rate didn’t exist there. If it doesn’t function then what is the point?

Like the App

BUT… do not like that you cannot erase the search screen when trying to look at other locations you may be considering. Otherwise I definitely would have given it a 5 Star.

Hello! It shouldn't be like that. Perhaps something went wrong. Try to reinstall the app, uninstall it and download again. Then everything should work like it supposed to. And if not, write us to support@hotellook.com. In the letter, briefly describe the problem. We will take a look into everything and fix the error.

Hello! Discounts on reservations are provided by some hotel agencies, on condition that it was made through us. All information about the hotel is provided to us by partners and updated within an hour. If you find any price discrepancy when going to the partner's website, and it lasts more than an hour — send us a screenshot of the error and a link to the search by mail support@hotellook.com, we will check everything!

In our application, we show only the offers that our partners give us. We do not influence the price. How it works: you are looking for a city or a hotel, we offer options from our partners, you choose what suits you. After that, you go to the partner's website for booking. You can try changing your search parameters to find a more suitable option.

Can’t give a 0 or I would.

Worst experience ever! When I got to the hotel I booked through this app, they said I didn’t have a reservation. After giving my confirmation number, the guy said it was not a valid confirmation #. The only way to contact agoda is thru an email address based in Russia. Still haven’t gotten a response from Them or a refund! Don’t get your $$ stolen from these people.

Bad App/Fraud

My card was charged and room was not booked because app used a third party MasterCard that was declined when I used my bank Visa card app says its non refundable and this is a bad inconvenience

Good app...until something goes wrong

There are some very good deals on this app, some hotels up to 60% off regular price, but a lot of the deals redirect you to SnapTravel for final booking - This usually isn’t a problem, but if you happen to have an issue with your booking, SnapTravel support is not very helpful

Great app!

I thoroughly enjoyed using this app. There’s tons of great deals and it makes it super easy to book a hotel! There are tons of different options and the app itself is super easy to use and understand. I will definitely use thing for booking all my hotels in the future. So helpful!

Prices change when you book

When I find hotels and go to book, it redirects to the booking site and the prices are different. It happens a lot with Snap Travel.

Innacurate

Saw a price on the app, they sent the code to use the discount on the website and the price is double on the website.

Useless.

Just tried to find a hotel for my family of 2 adults and 3 children. The results were totally inaccurate and although the hotels were said to have the accommodation we wanted, they did not AND the prices shown were way off. App deleted, will stick to booking.com.
