App won’t allow sign in
Garbage app please fix. Love the food can’t stand the confusion when trying to order. Makes no sense to have an app and it’s no a working one. This is the reason I choose other places due to me being able to customize my food without having to explain myself 5 or 6 times

Like the title says there is value. You get a good amount of food at this place for a very reasonable price. I always love going to rallies when I get a chance to be broke and hungry.

This new update and revamp is amazing, you did a lot better with this one than the older one. I appreciate it because I hate having to go to my nearest Checkers and then waiting instead of order ahead of time. This simplifies that very well, thanks.
Good, but could be better
Good app works well but most of the interest in downloading the apps of these restaurants is to get access to better deals. Besides the one offer when you download the app they dont give offers and its a pain to get even just 5 dollars worth of food. Even something like a free milkshake or small fry would honestly make it a competitive app with other spots like McDonalds or Burger King

The best item they have had always been their chicken sandwiches. I love the improvement of the app as well. Way less glitches and better deals!

Everything was good accept for the computer down. I had to order on your app only.

Can’t even log into the app and check your reward status as far as points. Every time you go to the account you login it takes to your profile and that’s it. How are you supposed to add receipts and check your point status in your account.
Not worth it
After 10 minutes of watching the screen and having to do 3 separate verifications. I went to Taco Bell
Two Combo Deal! Worth it!
The Choose Two Combo deal at Checkers is a really good value. You get plenty of food for a reasonable price, and it feels like you’re actually getting your money’s worth.
I hope Checkers continues in this direction and works on offering similar value throughout the rest of the menu, especially with more affordable combo options and good portion sizes. The Choose Two deal is definitely a great option and something I’d order again.

Impossible to checkout
Every single time i try to checkout and pay for my food the app either crashes when trying to launch the DoorDash part of the app(don’t understand why not have it in app) or it just goes back to the menu and gives me an error message. This app has been awful and through so many re works i do not understand how it’s still so bad when other fast food companies have made there’s streamlined and easy to use. Ridiculous lol.

Takes my money and cancels the order
I have used this app twice to order food from locations for their deals, the first time was no issue but for my girlfriend, it took her money and cancelled the order for the BOGO discount. Only gives it back a few days later. It just did the same for me with the exact same deal, took my $10 order and accepted it but almost immediately canceled the order. Disappointing because I love the food but the mobile app has been extremely frustrating to use. Only ordering in person now because I can’t trust they won’t take my money and cancel my order if I want an app provided discount.
