Two Combo Deal! Worth it!
The Choose Two Combo deal at Checkers is a really good value. You get plenty of food for a reasonable price, and it feels like you’re actually getting your money’s worth.
I hope Checkers continues in this direction and works on offering similar value throughout the rest of the menu, especially with more affordable combo options and good portion sizes. The Choose Two deal is definitely a great option and something I’d order again.

Impossible to checkout
Every single time i try to checkout and pay for my food the app either crashes when trying to launch the DoorDash part of the app(don’t understand why not have it in app) or it just goes back to the menu and gives me an error message. This app has been awful and through so many re works i do not understand how it’s still so bad when other fast food companies have made there’s streamlined and easy to use. Ridiculous lol.

Takes my money and cancels the order
I have used this app twice to order food from locations for their deals, the first time was no issue but for my girlfriend, it took her money and cancelled the order for the BOGO discount. Only gives it back a few days later. It just did the same for me with the exact same deal, took my $10 order and accepted it but almost immediately canceled the order. Disappointing because I love the food but the mobile app has been extremely frustrating to use. Only ordering in person now because I can’t trust they won’t take my money and cancel my order if I want an app provided discount.

Most places want to hold out on you they give you a decent amount of food for a couple less bucks than most places and you can get all kinds of rewards and discounts on the app. 10/10 I know this meal boutta hit different

Issues
I have tried placing my orders using this app several times, but there is one particular problem that has always been a constant issue for a long time and has not yet been solved. There are certain menu options that automatically include bacon, but there isn't an option to remove it from the menu on the app.
I have brought it up to the staff multiple times before and was told that they could do nothing about it since the staff wasn't aware and they're trained to cook those items with bacon unless told otherwise. The problem is that the app does not provide any opportunity to put an option of "no bacon".
I had to contact corporate to resolve it, adding an unnecessary middleman and making the entire process more complicated than it needed to be.
It is a very unfortunate since there are many people who cannot or do not want to eat pork for various reasons. Please add an option "remove bacon” and allow for us to create tickets through the app.

Great app but it sometimes glitches and has bugs leading to having to order on the web browser they just have to fix the bugs that come ever now and then it’s not consistent but when they come they are super annoying outside of that the app is great nice design great rewards that last like a month

They steal your money
They use door dash to process their mobile orders. Sometimes door dash will keep the money and not send the order to the restaurant.
