I can never get it to work
I’m expected to upload photos and a life book annually and every time the app is unusable. So far, my agency has helped, but they shouldn’t have to. This app is ridiculously poorly designed. Period.
Terrible format and interface for something so important
The usability of this application is awful! Poorly thought out and and not intuitive at all. Suggest using browser and logging in through the site, not the app.
