Good App - Bad Doc
Easy to use App but experience with the doctor was awful. Wouldn’t use this app again based on the poor level of care we received. I don’t expect doctors to work miracles, but I do expect them to try to care. If you or your child are sick, I would not recommend using this app to find a credible doctor.

App errors
I was trying to sign up to use this for the first time, the app doesn’t allow you to push the sign up button. It pops up with an error that says this service is unavailable. Unfortunate because my daughters doctor she saw for urgent care virtually recommended this for me. I tried signing up on their website and it was not clear where to go to sign up and the links I tried to click didn’t work either.

Dr. Elizabeth Knofa was amazing , she assessed my needs right away and got me the medication I needed. Her demeanor was very calming. Which helped with my asthma exacerbation.

Urgent care visit
Dr Giron was so nice and helpful on the virtual visit. He asked plenty of questions for the symptoms I am having and called in a RX for me so I can get better. I really appreciate the hospitality and service received today.
Rude Doctor
Just had a visit. The video cut off, so the doctor called me back. He had a sarcastic, rude tone, and didn’t take me seriously at all. The call was about 3 minutes. He didn’t ask any questions. He just told me to give my son medicine. I didn’t feel like he cared at all. I was rushed off the phone, which is crazy since I paid $55. I won’t use this app again. The doctor made me feel like I was a burden to him, and his lack of advice or concern gave me scam vibes.
