Terrible app.
Chili’s is really good BUT the app is very difficult to use for absolutely no reason also I ordered from Chili’s for delivery multiple times and now their saying they can’t deliver to my address
Still won’t create a profile
Even after update same error message. App support takes you to restaurant complaints/complements. Nothing my issue. Fit this!

It’s 2026, everyone has an app. The location doesn’t always work and it’s missing basic functions like special request or no ice in drinks.
Love Chilis, hate the app
Could be my lack of tech savvy , but this app has yet to get me to check out, other than one time. Have to reorder more than one time so usually get frustrated and call the restaurant. Thank goodness they are very helpful. Love Chili’s.

This is the worst app I’ve ever used. I tried creating an account and I kept getting an error message that would not let me save or create it. I tried to log in or attempt to use an active account and I kept getting an error message ”unable to search for account”, this app is straight trash. The cheese sticks ain’t worth the headache. Broken
Slow app that loves to tell me features are unavailable. The main one being online ordering. Deleting and getting carryout from a different spot from now on…
Useless
I signed up, but when I try to log in, my number and email are not recognized. Then when I try to register, the app says I have already registered. What is going on?
Used to be able to add notes to customize
Last few updates could not do that.
Now if i could only get them to actually prepare the irder properly.

This app is terrible
This app keeps logging me out and doesn’t recognize my password. Every time I tried to order which is once or twice weekly it freezes or logs me out.
UI is horrible
This user interface is the worst app I’ve ever seen. You can’t set up an account because it pops up a keyboard over the field so you can’t see what you are typing. Can’t even send a comment in about it because it pops up a keyboard over the comment/store fields. Deleting, worthless.

Broken for months
I have been unable to order, or log in for months. It does not work with the updates on iPhone
Buggy app
The app is too glitchy. It won’t send a link to reset your password. And when the link finally gets sent, it doesn’t work. So there’s no way to reset your password to log in for rewards.
Pickup order not working
Not able to enter the restaurant location for a pickup order. Had to order from the website instead.

Can’t order online
With this new update, the restaurant locator isn’t working so we can’t order online, and we no longer seem to have any rewards. Loved the app previously.
App Couldn't Find Locations
After unsuccessfully trying to place an order, because the app couldn't find the location in my area, and after uninstalling and re-installing, and trying again, I placed my order on the Chili's website. The website works fully and completely every time.
Fix the app
Every day that I want to order the app glitches and doesn’t locate any location so I have to delete and reinstall again
