Bad customer service, long delivery times

Consistently terrible experience. It’s much quicker and cheaper to get the food yourself. Ordering from here feels like JumiaFood all over again.

And the customer service is atrocious. They’ll leave you waiting without responding. I’ve just spent 1 hour 30 minutes watching an order with a restaurant down the road get stuck.

It’s a particularly bad experience because 1) you’re hungry 2) the brand promise is wildly different from lived experience.

Terrible product. Just go out and buy food yourself or cook. It’s quicker, cheaper, and less annoying.

Item 7 go

I really enjoyed chow deck cause of them

They’re really fast and reliable

Recommend.

I love this app and use it almost every day. It’s incredibly convenient, and considering the time, effort, and stress of going to stores or markets in person, the extra costs are usually worth it. I also appreciate how frequently the team updates the app. Minor bugs do occur from time to time, but they are typically resolved quickly.

That said, there are a couple of things I don’t like. The spin wheel at checkout feels misleading since it seems designed not to offer any real rewards. I also find it frustrating that after redeeming Chow Points, your milestone progress essentially resets, making it feel like you’re starting from scratch again.

Overall, it’s a pleasant, reliable, and genuinely useful app that has made shopping much more convenient.

The best in my opinion

Such a great app. It improves everytime. So far I haven’t had any problem with the dispatchers or deliveries

Wild

Active service

The rider

Is very good and have a good customer relationship

App use crazy aboki drivers and worst custom service

The app is not a good recommendation because it is not going to refund you if there’s a case of driver not delivering even though it driver fault and the app location is usually not precise. I wil advise users to download other apps, don’t use this app it a warning

Scam Wheel

The Spin the wheel function is a damn scam. Tried it 4 times consecutively . Still same pattern(spin again, spin again , nothing nothing)

Scam

They’ll say free delivery and still charge you 1800 for delivery. Thats scam

Not bad

.

Work on your delivery people

It’s not about the money, but how hungry I am at this moment which your riders caused 😩

Best delivery app

Great app

Very unreliable

Very unreliable

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

If you expect honesty and to be treated respectfully and reasonably when you have an issue they caused, then just use a different app. They will straight up lie and gaslight you to avoid issuing you a refund.

Ratings

Might be one of the best food delivery apps so far

Worse

Very worse app I have ever used, not recommended for anyone.

Fix the map issue

Fix the map well wai all the time riders dey take my food go somewhere….

Such an Amazing app …but the riders are always looking dirty and always brings food out from their dirty bag…Work on ur delivery guys please.

Hidden fees

Chowdeck is not upfront about which vendors are covered under chowpass free delivery. The vendors page will show “free delivery” but at the point of payment, they will include delivery fee. When you notify customer service they will state that the vendor cannot deliver beyond a 5km radius. Nowhere does it state this in the vendor’s page and I’m not sure how I am supposed to start calculating 5km distance for each vendor I order for. Bottom line is that you’re tricked into paying for a service that is not upfront about its deliverables. It is misrepresentation and should not be allowed under consumer protection law.
