Order issues
Honestly I used to enjoy using your application but for the past few months it’s been very frustrating. Ordering food from your application has been hell, you need to fix it to make it easier to use. Every order doesn’t need to be added in separate packs and there’s no option to use one pack. Imagine ordering three portion of food and all is being sent to different packs. It doesn’t make any sense. Please get this fixed, I already stopped using your app, I tried checking now to see if it’s been fixed but it’s still the same.

The app is good but the riders are messed up
They always try to look for ways to extort more money from you.

Broken app won’t let you log in or even create an account

Your price is too high compared to how much the restaurant sells exactly….bunch of thieves
Please add option for us costumers to be able include more orders to an already made order
Please add option for us costumers to be able include more orders to an already made order even after payment ,if the inclusion is from the same vendor that the costumer ordered from at first without paying for extra delivery or processing fee if the previous payment that was made by a costumer hasn’t been delivered yet

Horrible customer service horrible platform
Zero concerns for food safety I ordered suya and it was delivered to me wide open the customer service rep was telling me he can assure me it was tampered with food that was delegated open the nylon wasn't even tied the I should have suspected because the rider was acting like a theif horrible platform horrible totally horrible

Chowdeck is saving lives. The quality of their service and the ease their platform provides is so great.
Bad customer service, long delivery times
Consistently terrible experience. It’s much quicker and cheaper to get the food yourself. Ordering from here feels like JumiaFood all over again.
And the customer service is atrocious. They’ll leave you waiting without responding. I’ve just spent 1 hour 30 minutes watching an order with a restaurant down the road get stuck.
It’s a particularly bad experience because 1) you’re hungry 2) the brand promise is wildly different from lived experience.

I love this app and use it almost every day. It’s incredibly convenient, and considering the time, effort, and stress of going to stores or markets in person, the extra costs are usually worth it. I also appreciate how frequently the team updates the app. Minor bugs do occur from time to time, but they are typically resolved quickly.
That said, there are a couple of things I don’t like. The spin wheel at checkout feels misleading since it seems designed not to offer any real rewards. I also find it frustrating that after redeeming Chow Points, your milestone progress essentially resets, making it feel like you’re starting from scratch again.
Overall, it’s a pleasant, reliable, and genuinely useful app that has made shopping much more convenient.

The app is not a good recommendation because it is not going to refund you if there’s a case of driver not delivering even though it driver fault and the app location is usually not precise. I wil advise users to download other apps, don’t use this app it a warning

The Spin the wheel function is a damn scam. Tried it 4 times consecutively . Still same pattern(spin again, spin again , nothing nothing)
