This app has been amazing, and has really helped me in the lead up to my birth. I’m currently still pregnant but I’ve been listening to the tracks to help me not have any doubts and encourage more positive self talk to train me to be a better place during my labour and birth! This has helped me so much to prepare for labor it has often put me to sleep with how relaxing the sounds, affirmations, and prayers are. So amazing !
Relaxing
I loved listening to these tracks as I fell asleep while pregnant with my 3rd baby. I am now pregnant with twins and am using the tracks again. Praying for another peaceful home birth.

Great soundtrack to relax
I’ve been listening since TTC and now that I’m pregnant makes me double want to listen to it, trying to relax while I prepare my body for the grand day .
