This app + the course allowed me to focus on the Heavenly Father, Lord Jesus and Holy Spirit and the beautiful design of birth. I appreciated so much the gracious and empowering approach by the instructors. I had an amazing birth, I felt super at-ease and in the flow of birth. This course was great!

Must have to prep for birth
I downloaded the free version and have been so impressed with the positive affirmations. Only a few days in and I can feel myself feeling more confident and safe as I head into the birth. I will most definitely be using this during my labor as well.
Holy Spirit Filled
I absolutely LOVE this app! It has brought me so much peace throughout the last few months of my pregnancy. I love to listen to it as I go to sleep so I can practice relaxing my body during the tracks so hopefully my body knows what to do when I hear it in labor. Well worth it and it’s not filled with weird voodoo stuff like other Hypnobirthing stuff can be. It truly does focus on God and faith and the narrator’s voice is very nice to listen to as well!

I listened to this throughout my second and third trimesters and during labour. A calming and peaceful companion that helped me see the beauty of birth and God’s part in it.
Great prep tool
The hypnobirthing app has been an excellent tool for me to use after two miscarriages to help relieve any anxiety and fear / trauma regarding birth. I’ve been seeing how after using the tracks since second trimester, now the breath and visualization is coming naturally to me during the day and I’m excited to use this for my labor in under 2 months. Faith is a huge part of me and I’m grateful that this app will help center me on the strength and ability we are given through Christ to birth our babies.
